Food is scarce and the electricity goes out, but it's not the hotel's fault, there are too few guests for a large buffet and the electricity disappeared all over the island

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Wspaniała obsługa przemili tubylcy mimo sytuacji panującej w kraju Poza hotelem ubóstwo na każdym kroku. Ludzie potrzebują pomocy więc warto przywieźć środki czystości ubranka dla dzieci. Mimo to pobyt uważamy za udany gdyż jedzonko lokalne bardzo smaczne zwłaszcza rybka z chrupiąca skórką. Wspaniale plaże z palmami i niesamowite ciepłe morze Karaibskie. Co piątek i sobotę imprezy z lokalna muzyką na żywo i perły oryginalne za parę dolarów. Nasza rezydentks Ola to przesympatyczna osoba z pasją. Szczerze i serdecznie polecamy!

The staff were very kind and caring, the pool and green areas were ok, it was all inclusive, the food and drinks were average... The property needs a total remodeling of its facilities, the hot tub and tennis court were completely abandoned as other buildings too. The property needs a power plant with urgency because the power outages in the area.

Wonderful location on one of the nicest beaches on the island but the place is very run down. The staff on the other hand are great and work tirelessly to please the customers. The biggest negative was the food, very little variety and lesser quality.
