Thoughtful, quiet, private, lovely!!! Rooms are unique, clean and have everything you need but the little touches are what made our experience. Bath salts, fresh baked local sourdough daily, welcome back port and treats for night time. Really private - we hardly saw a soul, slept so well even though centrally located and next to a supermarket it was very quiet. Owners were lovely and welcoming but we barely crossed paths which we were okay with as we felt looked after l. Utterly charming - we would love to visit again!

Hébergement un peu improbable pour tout habitué d’hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles, mais je crains toutefois que ce soit typique des hébergements hôteliers proposés sur la région de Margaret River, et qu’il s’agisse de l’un des meilleurs… Environnement fermé. Très peu de convivialité. Notre chambre située au RDC était bien agencée mais assez petite. Un pain vous est remis à votre arrivée pour le petit déjeuner, que vous prendrez dans votre chambre… Les échanges avec notre hôte étaient assez limités à cause notamment de la barrière de la langue.

Amazing location in Margaret river but quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. We stayed the Napoleon room. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless (I even looked up the brand of pillow so I can buy them for my house). We especially loved the heater in the bathroom (would love to know the designers of the bathroom). The towels were super thick everything screamed luxury in the room. The bath was fab and they provide bath salts. It was just the little touches that made the stay. We were a bit later on arrival than anticipated but they were so kind and waited for us to arrive. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

We had two nights here and stayed upstairs in an amazing luxury suite. A kitchen equipped with everything you need. Every bit of decor, furniture and crockery is beautiful. Added extras were port, chocolates, muesli, marmalade, honey, vegemite, fruit, fresh little sourdough loaf every afternoon and has a fabulous coffee machine with pods. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was huge with a claw bath. It is centrally located with a supermarket next door. Highly recommend a stay here.

We loved our 3 night stay at Josephine's . Our room was perfect so comfortable and beautifully furnished. Great big bathroom with claw foot tub . The fresh bread and muesli made a great start to the day . Our host Cheryl was so friendly and helpful . Everything you could want for a Margaret River stay .

Absolutely fabulous. Right in centre of town, luxury accommodation. Most comfortable bed and bedding, beautiful bathroom with claw-foot bath. Top-end toiletries from Vasse-Virgin. Fresh bread each day with muesli, fruit, avocado, individual jams and orange juice. Port and chocolates. Spotlessly clean, the decor an eclectic mix of antique and functional. Could not recommend more.

This property is exquisite. Beautifully presented and most helpful staff. Also a top value restaurant conveniently next door. On a quiet street, next to the main street of Margs. Lots of interesting things to do in the vicinity.

Beautiful comfortable accommodation in the heart of Margaret River. Cheryl our host was very helpful and even baked a lovely cake for our enjoyment. Gorgeous antique furniture lovely continental breakfast. A very special place!

This small house was once an antic shop. It was turned by the owner to a small boutique hotel with only 3 wonderful room, each decorated in old fashion stile but with every conveniences you need. The rooms are very wide comfortable and very clean. The location is perfect. The owner, Cheryl, is very nice and helpful. Do not miss it.
