Un charmant hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant. Petit déjeuner très copieux et divers. Chambre cocon très confortable et très propre. et le plus à deux pas un garage fermé. Une belle réussite de décoration et une architecture respectant le style champagnois.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Everything was immaculate and a great location within east walking distance to the champagne houses and Pressoria. Pool was lovely.
Tip - not many local champagne houses open on a Sunday. Make sure you get a reservation for dinner or you will not get into any local restaurants. We had to drive into Epernay as they were all fully booked.

The castle is very nice, but on a sunday after 20:30h there is no one around. For a high quality castle or hotel (as the price is not cheap) it can do much better. Also everything is closed on a sunday in the neighbourhood, but Epernay is pretty close to get something to eat. There is not any possibility for that in the castle.
About the room, it is small (the standard room) en pretty regular. The bed is really hard. Not for us, maybe other people like it? It felt to us like we were laying on a trampoline, which was not fun for us.
Again the castle is very nice, but in the end you just want to have a nice sleep.

Séjour agréable. Dommage que la piscine n est pas été chauffé le matin.
Nous avons trouvé l hotel un peu cher par rapport a ce qu on a pu faire avant.
Mais la literie est confortable. Petit dejeuner classique mais de bonne qualité.
Dans l ensemble c etait un sejour agreable.

This hotel is beautiful. In an amazing location and beautiful area. The rooms are amazing and very clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful.. we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.. we will definitely go again. Thank you.
