Nous avons choisi cet établissement pour y célébrer nos 40 ans de vie commune. Dès l arrivée, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de l hôtel. Accueil très professionnel et souriant d Anaïs qui nous a pris en charge pour nous donner toutes les informations utiles et nous a offert un verre de champagne comme il est d usage en ce lieu. Notre chambre était superbe, à la décoration raffinée, sobre et chic, comme nous aimons ! Et nous avons eu la grande surprise d y trouver un coffret avec une bouteille de champagne et un mot très touchant au nom du personnel pour fêter notre anniversaire. Que dire du spa si ce n est qu il est vraiment magnifique, ambiance feutrée et apaisante. Un bonheur. Le premier soir nous avons dîné au Bellevue. Personnel très attentif et attentionné. Plats et desserts excellents : le veau fondant, les pêne au homard très goûteux, l entremet à la figue de Solies très rafraîchissant. Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité et très complet. Le second soir après un apéritif au bar à l ambiance très cosy, nous sommes allés dîner au Royal, le restaurant gastronomique de l hôtel. Accueil à la fois très professionnel et sympathique. La salle est superbe décorée avec goût, sobre et chic, les tables fort espacées les unes des autres. Nous avons choisi le menu Signature du chef. De la mise en bouche aux desserts, ce fut une suite d assiettes à la fois superbe pour le contenant et délicieuses pour nos papilles qui furent à la fête, avec une mention particulière au rouget barbet, "une tuerie"!!! Merci aussi au sommelier qui fut de très bon conseil et à tout le personnel de ce restaurant gastronomique pour leur professionnalisme, leurs annonces très claires sur la composition de chaque assiette. Un grand moment gourmand. Outre le personnel de restaurants et du petit déjeuner nous tenons à remercier également ceux du bar, du spa, de l accueil, des voituriers et de la dame de ménage que nous avons croisé. Vous avez absolument tous contribué à rendre notre séjour pour notre anniversaire de 40 ans de vie commune magique et inoubliable. Un grand merci à toutes et à tous.

After a long drive from the airport we found our reward. Royal Champagne Hotel and Spa. Wow, what a stunning place! Superb architecture, harmoniously nestled in its beautiful surrounding landscape. We were warmly welcomed from the very moment we parked in the entrance. At the reception Lise ushered us to a lovely sitting area where we sipped a little champagne during check in. You quickly get the sense of where you are. Our room was simply gorgeous, A chilled bottle of Leclerc-Briant was faithfully waiting for our arrival, very thoughtful. Every amenity you could think of was present, including a button on the phone that said: “Champagne Please” loved it. The bathroom was divine, and I definitely enjoyed the sumptuous bathtub. The spa was extravagant, meticulously designed, exuding a sense of well being and peacefulness. Absolutely stunning in every way. Best of all I’m a fan of both Clarins and My Blend, so I was happily surprised. I enjoyed a delicious massage followed by a swim in that glorious pool. Then off to get dressed for dinner. We enjoyed a beautifully prepared meal properly served. Merci! You can tell that every single person who works there has a true love for hospitality and they are delighted to make your stay most comfortable and memorable. Breakfast, by the way, was what you would expect, outstanding. We only stayed for one night, I would not hesitate to take more time to enjoy the champagne vibes at this exceptional property.

Hotel eccezionale immerso nei vigneti della Champagne con personale molto efficiente, preparato, disponibile e sempre cordiale. Ottima la colazione e la ristorazione in generale. Bellissima la suite con confort di ogni tipo e ricca di “ coccole” da parte dell’hotel, dai dolci alla frutta, dalle caramelle allo champagne! Grazie torneremo sicuramente.

Chloe du spa a été extraordinaire. C’est une jeune femme professionnelle douce et avec énormément de talent. Je vous la recommande vivement. L’ensemble du personnel de cet établissements a été formidable. Du début a la fin nous avons un reçu un accueil remarquable.Merci et bravo à tous !

A localização é um pouco fora dos roteiros mais conhecidos, o que foi perfeito. O hotel é lindo, incrível e o pessoal é profissional, simpático e prestável. Está bem definido com vistas incríveis. A piscina é obrigatória. Tem um tamanho decente e estava calmo quando nadamos O buffet de pequeno-almoço incluído foi uma excelente forma de começar o dia. Achei a comida um pouco exagerada e as doses eram muito grandes. A localização é conveniente para chegar a Hautevillers, Epernay e Reims. O tratamento de spa da Sophie foi o melhor que já tive, finalizado com uma taça de champanhe na varanda soalheira junto à piscina exterior. Não deixe de fazer uma curta caminhada até à vinha e, se tiver energia, caminhe 1,8 km até Hautvillers. (Ou conduzir - ou pedir uma bicicleta emprestada no hotel. O bar é fantástico e as bebidas também são boas. Desfrutámos do restaurante várias noites, mas não experimentámos a estrela Michelin…a nossa perda. Voltaríamos sem dúvida e já recomendamos o hotel a amigos.

What a beautiful property! My husband spent five days at this property with a small group. Our days were spent touring and tasting and each evening we returned exhausted but thrilled….and our stay here just iced the cake on a great trip. Rooms are beautifully appointed with stunning vineyard views. Be sure to take a short walk into the vineyard and if you have the energy - walk the 1.8 km to Hautvillers. (Or drive - or borrow a bike from the hotel). Breakfast is excellent - a buffet of everything you might want and if there is anything you do need a menu has more offerings. The bar is terrific and the drinks all good, too. We enjoyed the restaurant several nights but did not experience the Michelin starred one…our loss. We would absolutely return and have already recommended the hotel to friends.
