Serviço de manutenção feito pela manhã gerando ruído intenso, no dia de nossa estadia.

Durante a estadia se encontravam em pequena obra de reforma, o que impactou um pouco sobre a limpeza do local, mas totalmente compreensível, sendo que não considerei na nota de avaliação. No mais, tudo de acordo com o esperado. Espero voltar outras vezes.

Muito lindo o hotel e os funcionários muito atenciosos! Café da manhã compatível e o quarto muito bem equipado. Com certeza voltarei em breve. O hotel também possui estacionamento próprio e é próximo à praia da jureia, menos de 5 minutos de uma tranquila caminhada.

O hotel é bom , o quarto embora tenha escolhido o superior o banheiro é muito pequeno , a porta bate na tampa da bacia , o chuveiro cai mais água nas laterais do que no centro , a arrumadeira não tirou nem a xícara de café do dia anterior
O atendimento do restaurante é muito bom , café da manhã muito gostoso e farto . Bolos deliciosos

Passamos o Reveillon no hotel Winner Beach na Praia da Juréia em São Sebastião. O nosso quarto era espaçoso, bonito e muito confortável com cama King Size, dezenas de canais de TV a cabo e um terraço privativo. O café da manhã é gostoso, apesar da pouca variedade, mas o serviço é um pouco confuso e faltaram mesas para atender todos os hóspedes. O restaurante é muito bom, o que é muito importante, pois quase não há opções na praia, O hotel ofereceu festa de Reveillon para todos os hóspedes. O hotel dispõe também de um pequeno cinema com uma grande coleção de DVDs, muito útil para crianças, piscina e serviço de praia. Nós gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar.

Hotel muito velho, precisa de uma reforma urgente. Banheiro pequeno, chuveiro com pouca água, esquenta muito de uma hora para outra, pia no quarto ( absurdo ) e vazão pequena, entope sempre. Lugar ao redor sem nenhuma infraestrutura.
