I stayed for two days and had no inconveniences. Minibuses run frequently to the old city center, so I used them often. I don't feel the need to mention it because the employees are friendly everywhere.

Tur şirketi ile 3 gece 4 günlük GAP gezimizin ilk akşamında Mardin Raymar otelinde 1 gece kalıyoruz. Otelin konumu merkezi. Resepsiyon çalışanları ilgili ve güler yüzlü. İsteklerinize hızlı bir şekilde yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. İldem Hanıma ve Bünyamin Bey’e çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Odalar küçük, biraz sıkışık gibi, temiz görünüyor. Camlar ses geçiriyor ve dışarının sesi içeriye geliyor. Odalar arası seslerde duyuluyor. Klima biraz cızırtılı çalışıyor, soğutması tatminkar. Akşam yemeği set menü olarak sunuldu. Biraz endişeliydik. Ancak memnun kaldık. Çorba, salata, pilav üstü et ve kazan dibinden oluşan yemeği lezzetli bulduk ve beğendik. Sabah kahvaltısını beğendik. Çeşitler oldukça fazla ve başarılı. Çalışanlar ilgili. Restoran yöneticisi Mehmet Bey’e güler yüzü ve ilgisi için çok teşekkürler. Tavsiye edebiliriz.

It was a wonderful hotel. We stayed 1 night while we were on tour.We had a great traditional dinner. Very nice breakfast. The rooms were fully equiped and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to coming again.wouldnt stay anywhere ekse if ı come to Mardin again.thank you for a lovely experience

Good location friendly people bed sheets were not very comfy lots of shampoos put I found some of them were half way means they were used and put them their I removed it put it aside next day was on back on the try didn’t feel comfortable to use very small towels and thin worn out 🙂

Good clean and friendly hotel. It's in the new town, not Eski Mardin where most of us tourists go though
