Detta hotell håller inte en standard ens i närheten av 4-stjärnor. Och gå inte på deras vilseledande beskrivningar där ord som exklusivt och lyxigt används. Detta hotell är mer rättvist att beskriva som en taskigt väg motell där du kan stanna för att sova, men inget mer. ”Restaurangen” serverar uppvärmda fryspizzor och glass ur förpackningen. Det finns ingen 24 h reception utan det är self service automat. Poolen som syns på bilderna hör inte till hotellet. Hotellet ligger i ett industriområde och allt är taskigt och av dålig standard. Lekplatsen är inte särskilt mysig att släppa ut barnen i då den ligger i anslutning till grusad parkering och dåligt skött mark. Vi betalade ca € 140 för vårt rum för en natt och det är ett bedrägeri. Vi har rest runt i Spanien i över 4 veckor och bott på massor av olika hotell, detta var extremt dyrt i förhållande till standard. Det finns massor av billigare alternativ som också kommer vara bättre.

Está bien como hotel económico de paso. Conviene leer la letra pequeña (ejemplo, la piscina no está en el hotel sino en un camping a 8kms o los horarios del desayuno que no son los de la info). Es un concepto low cost que está como hotel mejor de lo esperado, pero que a alguno puede chocarle (ej la entrada autónoma que a alguien con pocas habilidades tecnológicas le puede costar más)... el desayuno es tipo continental en bandeja pero suficiente sin esperar gran cosa.

Para ser un hotel cuatro estrellas deja mucho de desear. Cuando llegamos la máquina de check in no reconocía mi Dni, llamé dos veces al teléfono del hotel y hoy siete días después nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. Conseguí acceder después de varios intentos. El parking es un solar lleno de baches, cuando entras tienes que hacer slalom entre los baches. La habitación grande. La cama debió tener dosel y se ven los agujeros de los tacos y algunos de los hierros del mismo. Sin insonorizar, se oían el resto de habitaciones: duchas, pasos, conversaciones… En el baño estuvimos con una sola bombilla de las tres que tenía el espejo, a pesar de haber comunicado la incidencia. En la cena, sólo fuimos un día puesto que no tenían todo lo que ofrecian. El desayuno quitando la rebanada de pan todo era indusrial: bollos, magdalenas, zumos… Y el horario de locos, en un cuatro estrellas el horario de desayuno era de 7 a 9 de la mañana. La verdad es que es una experiencia para no repetir. Confunden low cost con CERO servicios.
