BAD BAD BAD,THIS IS A TRUE REVIEW OF OUR EXPERIENC AT OLIVER CROMWELL HOTEL IN MARCH CAMBRIDGESHIRE,In my 50 years of travelling is the worst experience ever, Advertising is very deceiving, Breakfast not as described, ROOM we stayed in very Dirty, Items missing from room,
Bed sheets not changed for 5 days, Breakfast even simple items such as bread not available, After speaking with MANAGEMENT, PROBLEMS STILL NOT CORRECTED,

We were here for a wedding and were delighted with our stay. The hotel was very clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The free WiFi was a nice touch, and the free parking added extra convenience. Awful hotel was filthy everywhere. The pillows stained same as bed room dirty bathroom shower clogged with limescale and a legionnaires disease waiting to happen. The balcony was covered in pigeon mess and cigarette butts absolutely appalling. The staff didn’t want to know.

This hotel was absolutely filthy, the bathroom was unusable due to the smell, the bath edges was full of mould as was the edges to the floor. The room had wooden flooring that wad all scratched and marked and I don't think it had been swept for a week. The faux leather chair was all cracked as couldn't be use for fear of snagging clothes. I complained about the bathroom,the member of staff just ran water down the baths drain and left. Very noisy neighbours in the adjoing room through the connecting door after midnight before we could sleep.Needless to say we only stayed one night instead of the two nights we booked.
