Hemos pasado un fin de semana magnífico en familia y con amigos. El trato del personal del hotel en todo momento ya sido maravilloso. El desayuno es súper completo y puedes disfrutar de muchas opciones para desayunar lo que más te guste. Hemos disfrutado de la piscina cubierta. Por último destacar la cena en Erre. Trato exquisito y comida buenísima.

Remarcar la atención de todo el personal del Hotel. Todos sonrientes e intentando hacer la estancia lo mas agradable posible. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero completas y con magnificas vista al mar. Desayuno impecable con jamon recién cortado y muy bien atendido. Cuenta con un restaurante japonés y otro restaurante especializado en carne francamente buenos. Es temporada baja y el hotel estaba muy tranquilo

Estamos alojados actualmente en el hotel y solo decir que es el mejor hotel Meliá en el que hemos estado, todo el personal muy atento y siempre disponible y una amabilidad que te hace sentir como en casa, somos miembros Platinum y sin duda la mejor atención y servicios en la zona The Level. A really beautiful hotel, very tastefully furnished with a fantastic location and facilities. A fabulous team looked after us superbly throughout. Wonderful restaurant with grill and tremendous selection of Spanish wine, very knowledgeable and helpful sommelier. Gorgeous pool area and gardens, lovely evening entertainment with an outstanding lady singer and gentleman guitarist - a truly inspiring and memorable experience - 100% recommended. A gold standard. Hemos vuelto después de cuatro años, como siempre una estancia maravillosa. Agredecer a Abel Lopez el trato recibida y la atención prestada durante todo el fin de semana. Espectacular estancia con el Red Level incluido y por supuesto el Restaurante Erre, chuletón y postres de categoría, os recomiendo la visita. Volveremos pronto

Having been visiting Marbella and the golden mile for over 20years now, we decided to finally have a week at the Don Pepe.
What a fabulous experience we had, attentive staff and exceptional service. The hotel and its gardens were impeccable.
We will definitely be booking again soon.
