From the moment we came the guy taking out bags to our room and sent us to the wrong area!! The room is okay we got a suite but it has a bathroom straight when u come into the room with no lock! You can never get a good seat in the pool area and the towels are so hard to find it’s a joke! Not hut or anything ! Next my mum is gluten free and there’s nothing for her at the restaurant - they had one thing the tacos but she asked and they said they bought flour tortillas so it wasn’t gluten free! Very poor ! Next the staff are very rude - the lady at the lunch area rolled her eyes at me and was rude! Also the breakfast staff are very rude one forced me to leave my seat cos I changed seats - it is the older Spanish man super rude and unfriendly I felt embarrassed he forced me to leave but the bread woman is very nice tho ! Also you can never get a drink at breakfast and there’s no good breakfast food only thing is the avocado that’s is good ! They also have the biggest queue down the corridor on the weekend it’s ridiculous ! Another thing THEY NEVER TURN DOWN YOUR ROOM but they pretend they do !! It’s not a 5 star hotel!! Also no late checkout reductions when we spend over 9k for our suite rooms! Don’t waste your time here - bad hotel much better ones in Marbella ! And it takes so long to get a lift they are tiny and always full!

We had a leak in our room dropping water on our floor from the room upstairs. It took one hour and a half for our bags to get to our room after we checked in. You have to go from pool to pool to find towels. Then you have to find your lounge chairs, open heavy umbrellas yourself and position them yourself without assistance. It can take 30 minutes, especially at the upstairs pool to have someone come to take your drink order. Then you wait….

The property is beautiful, very convenient (very close to the Old Town). The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options to choose from. I just wish that the property would provide some entertainment in the evening other than singers singing quietly. It is very quiet in the evening so you will need to leave the property if you want to have a little more lively evening. I am not young but it was even too quiet for me. Also, the pool closes very early in the evening…I didn’t understand why because there are 3 pools on site and the Adult Only pool was far from the bedrooms windows so noise would not have been a issue. Such a shame.

Excellent all round hotel. So pleasantly surprised! We have stayed in the other 5 star hotels in Marbella which u would describe as tired compared to this newly refurbished hotel. The breakfast is outstanding, the bedrooms clean, central location and the staff friendly. Highly recommend and have no idea why this hotel is not talked about more! Definitely 5 *!

This is an outstanding hotel. I wouldn’t normally write a review mid stay but this place deserves it. Beautifully appointed tasteful rooms with glorious view of you are sea facing. Three pools including one rooftop one with a gastro restaurant . Staff all unbelievably welcoming. Have to also point out that it smells lovely everywhere. I think we forget how important that is!

Beautiful hotel in a top location. Everything is so beautiful! There are 3 swimming pools and sunbeds on the beach; more than enough space for everyone. The breakfast was very extensive and very nice seating. The hotel has a beautiful and modern interior. It has certainly exceeded our expectations.
