Friendly staff. Beautiful setting.
Rooms clean and comfy beds.
Rooms maybe in need of a refurb. But I’ve heard that is coming.
The rest of the hotel is immaculate.

Unfortunately the room does not have a 5 star standard. The walls were moldy, the carpet was falling off and you could see the dirty shell of the floor, the closets were partly broken and poorly repaired. It just doesn't feel good to sleep in a room like that. The staff was very friendly and courteous, I would only give 5 stars to the staff. The outdoor area, on the other hand, was well-kept and beautifully green. Please renovate the rooms to 5 star level!! That would do justice to the competence and friendly staff.

Great resort. Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, very clean. Professional, friendly staff, good service. Excellent bars and restaurants. Great garden, too pool and beach area.

Brilliant hotel and stay - stayed here 4 times now, absolute quality in all areas: location / food / pool / beach club + facilities etc 👌 Also for what you pay excellent value IMO and 15mins from Marbella and the harbour restaurants etc Highly recommend!

My family and I holiday every year and we play a lot tennis here at the Don Carlos Tennis club….it’s always a wonderful experience for us. Jonatán and Manu have created a beautiful environment for my family to play and learn tennis together. The team at the club are friendly and look out for all of the kids. A great time to go are when tournaments are on. There is amazing tennis to watch on the terrace with sea views…my favourite time of the day is a walk along the beach at sunrise before my class!

Hemos estado con unos amigos en las Villas del Don Carlos y hemos pasado unos días inolvidables. El Hotel es una maravilla, con sus preciosas y acogedoras instalaciones. La Villa tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, las camas y sus almohadas son impresionantes, te atrapan en un sueño profundo y reparador. Las piscinas del complejo están limpísimas, fresquitas y son muy tranquilas. El jardín que recorres en el acceso a la playa es una preciosidad y está perfectamente cuidado. El personal que nos atendió es excepcional: María, Patricia, Lucía, Isabel, Rebeca, Denys y Andy en el complejo de las Villas no pueden ser más atentos, simpáticos y serviciales. Amparo y Silvia en el Beach Club son dos personas encantadoras, Juan cuidándonos en la playa, Guillermo y todos los componentes del servicio de restauración atienden tus deseos al instante. No creo que halla en toda la Costa del Sol un hotel más recomendable que este para pasar unos días de relax y disfrutar de tus vacaciones al máximo. Muchas gracias a todos los que habéis hecho posible esta maravillosa estancia.
