Unfortunately the room does not have a 5 star standard. The walls were moldy, the carpet was falling off and you could see the dirty shell of the floor, the closets were partly broken and poorly repaired. It just doesn't feel good to sleep in a room like that. The staff was very friendly and courteous, I would only give 5 stars to the staff. The outdoor area, on the other hand, was well-kept and beautifully green. Please renovate the rooms to 5 star level!! That would do justice to the competence and friendly staff.

Don Carlos Hotel , is A Resort with an amazing landscape / View with an immediate access to the Beach, the Service is excellent an amazing Lobby and nice Main Pool. The staff is very kind , friendly and attentive, with a Great Duty / Front Desk Manager Ms. Marie Ssnchet a fix it all kind of person that attends to all details , including our Train Reservations from Malaga to Madrid . I am sure most of the staff is likewise, but she was special.

23 - 28 Temmuz arası Hotelde konakladık. Öncelikle şunu belirteyim tatil için kesinlikle bu tesisi tavsiye etmem. Hotelin kendine ait bir plajı yok tamamen yanıltıcı bir bilgi ve görsel kullanıyorlar. Biz plaj Oteli olduğu ve öyle gösterdikleri için tercih ettik ama çok pişman olduk. Nikki Beach ve Lucia diye iki plaj tesisi var ama otel ile ilgileri yok. Rezervasyon ile giriş yapıyorsunuz ama çok saçma fiyatları var tabiki rezervasyon yapma şansınız da neredeyse sıfır çünkü hep dolu. 500-600 Euro Plaj- 900 Euro Havuz rezervasyonu sunuyor size içerisi ise körfez ülkelerinden gelen bekar erkek dolu yani parası çok olan arkadaşlar. Düşünsenize tatile gidiyorsunuz ama denize giremiyorsunuz girmek için ise ciddi rezervasyon süreci ve para ödemek zorundasınız. Serbest bir şekilde plaja indiğinizde ne şezlong var nede şemsiye yani sizi içeri girmeye zorlayan bir anlayış mevcut. Havuzu ise o ayrı komedi orda bile bazı kısımları ekstra para ödeyerek kullanıyorsunuz. Kesinlikle Turist yada misafir dostu bir Otel değil para odaklı bir sistem kurmuşlar. Görsellerde kullandıkları yanıltıcı bilgi için gerekli hukuki süreci başlatacağım. Pişman olmak istemiyorsanız kesinlikle gitmeyin. Marbella da daha butik otelleri tercih edin en azından paranız cebinizde kalır.

Goede vakantie gehad prima hotel, maar san komt de maar.. wij zaten in de residencies, alleen voor de prijs douchen in een bad is voor de prijs die je betaald… Daarnaast probeert men aardig te doen maar dit blijkt achteraf echt slecht. Van gastvrijheid hebben ze als het er op aankomt niet veel op. Onze vlucht ging eind de middag gevraagd of we paar uur langer mochten blijven in de kamer dat kon niet, kan gebeuren. Vervolgens een wilden we nog even 45min aan het zwembad zitten en bestelden nog wat.. ons werd vriendelijk verzocht om weg te gaan omdat de boeking was verlopen! Dit was voor ons de spreekwoordelijke druppel dat je er helemaal klaar mee bent…
