Everything was good. Location, room, view. The bad is very comfortable. And the big plus ➕ of this hotel is, you have an own small kitchen, with all equipment. You have a Lidl next to your hotel and Carrefour market. Marbella is beautiful

Hotel muy deteriorado, habitación sucia y antigua, atención antipática. No hay parking, no hay mantenimiento y habia hasta óxido en los espejos y tanta suciedad que ni limpiandodos veces. Es carisimo para calidad que tienen. Es un 2 estrellas como mucho. La cama muy mal.

rude arrogant abusive staff , see mini bar tariff - they tried charging me €24 for the rose wine instead of €9.90.,, had to wait almost one hour to checkout because the receptionist, Sonia. was incapable of producing a correct invoice, there was men's dirty underwear on the sofa in reception asked her twice to get someone to remove them while i waited and she laughed in my face .,.. disgusting experience

Excelente atención desde la llegada a la salida. Joy, es la persona que nos atendió y muy profesional; discreta, anticipándose a todo y haciéndolo muy fácil todo. Buena limpieza, mantenimiento y decoración del apartamento. Las zonas comunes en cambio si necesitan más dedicación como la puerta giratoria de la entradas que estuvo averiada toda la semana y no hay señales de intención de repararla. Destacar el apartamento y recepción por Joy.

We had a great time at Guadalpin. Clean rooms, great staff. Perfect for family vacations.
Is value for money. Really close to the beach and is between the Old city and Puerto Banus (7-10 min by car)

Bonsoir, je suis toujours à la chambre 231 et je partage avec vous un problème que je rencontre depuis 48h!!!! La connexion internet est fournie par une autre chambre, la 228. Et du moment qu’il n’y a aucun client dans cette dernière alors il n’y a pas de connexion!!! J’ai contacté la réception mainte fois pour ne rien faire et je suis obligée de sortir au café le plus proche pour pouvoir travailler!!!!! C’est désolant ! Ca fait 48h que je réclame ce dysfonctionnement et aucune réaction du staff!! S’ils arrivent à lire mon message alors pas la peine de me répondre! Parce que le fait de m’envoyer qu’ils vont finir par s’améliorer ça pas m’aider en rien du tout! Si vous prétendez offrir un service à vos clients alors respectez le! De K.T.
