Great property with excellent garden. Prices are fair. Price is generally polite with some exceptions (like Sophia hostess at the restaurant who was exceptionally rude and unprofessional to the degree that we had to leave after 15 minutes of waiting for her in the half empty restaurant). Despite general politeness stuff doesn’t care much about service. Room service takes more than an hour. Request for a buggy was fulfilled in more than half an hour. Looks like the quality of the property and the service are misaligned. In a good three star hotel this service would appropriate but not at this type of hotel. We would love to return but unfortunately will not. If you expect a five star service you’ll definitely be disappointed here

We always either eat of stay here when we visit Marbella. This year we didn’t stay as we had family with us which makes it slightly unaffordable when paying for everyone! Eating at the beachfront restaurant at club Marbella is one of my favourite lunches always. I love the food, ambience and service here.

short 4 day trip with my wife to celebrate my birthday, resort very well laid out with most required amenities. staffing and service levels were generally very good except in bar areas where you had to wait quite a while for service.
meals we had were very good.
oveall seemed a little expensive versus the experiene

Fantastic
This family run property is one of the best hotels in the world. Absolutely fantastic service, friendly staff, excellent food and a great SPA. We went for two days with friends to celebrate a birthday in a casual setting. Absolutely loved our stay and we will be back. The only drawback is all tattooed Scandinavians who are frankly speaking unpleasant looking and ut of place.
