We spent two weeks at this hotel,and largely it was good. The food was a bit repetitive. You could tell what day it was by the food provided. The food was probably aimed at a Spanish clientele,which is NOT a complaint. Most of the meat was on the bone,and most dinner's had a preponderance of fish We never saw potatoes except as chips or hash browns. Pasta was available at every dinner . Desserts were disappointing with luminous jelly , rice pudding,dry cakes & ice cream. It would have an idea to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The weather was rotten,but that's not the hotel's fault. The location is marvellous,being only 200 metres from the local beach,with many bars close by.

Hotel céntrico, a un paso de la zona de restaurantes y de la playa. Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias quizás el mobiliario anticuado pero colchones cómodos. Nos quedamos en media pensión, desayuno completo aunque algunas cosas no se vuelven a reponer. Para adultos muy bien, nosotros fuimos con 3 niños que tenían poco que elegir a su gusto, pero realmente comimos bien. Los camareros muy atentos. Un pero si les pondría: Solo hay dos mesas grandes y las ocupan parejas… Si las reservaran para familias de 5 o 6 no tendríamos q esperar o ponernos separados en dos mesas , yo les pedí juntar dos mesas y el camarero me dijo que no se lo permitían. El hotel estaba lleno pero por la noche no se escucha nada. Muy tranquilo

It was a great experience, all the service were great 👍 clean rooms , nice foods and breakfast,fresh material and good service was out of my imagination we checked in very late but every thing done in few moments, , , the price is fair , highly recommended

En mi caso ni me he llegado alojar en el hotel. Teníamos que viajar desde Huelva en el día de hoy con un niño de 10 años y no lo vamos a hacer porque el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la zona afectada por ALERTA ROJA por fuertes lluvias según la AEMET; para lo que añadiré fotos a continuación. Es cierto que la reserva ya no admite ni modificación ni cancelación, pero tras hablar con la jefa de recepción, se niega a ninguna solución intermedia, como por ejemplo un cambio por otro fin de semana. Para mayor decepción, me comenta que no tiene disponibilidad para los sucesivos fines de semana, y está disponible en la plataforma de la cadena y en las de muchos otros mayoristas. En estos momentos eso tampoco es solución porque allí no voy a ir nunca. Creo que es un tema de seguridad y más viajando con un niño, sobre todo en estos momentos que el tema es especialmente sensible. Tenía muy buenas sensaciones con la cadena Monarque por muchas estancias en otros de sus establecimientos, pero esta experiencia ha conseguido que opte por cualquier otra cadena en sucesivos viajes.

La struttura sembra essere stata ammodernata di recente, la camera è ampia e funzionale ed è comodissimo il frigo in camera. La posizione è davvero comoda, si è in centro e si raggiungono facilmente i punti turistici più di interesse di Marbella, ma nel caso ci si voglia spostare si possono usare i taxi appena sotto o prendere uno degli autobus urbani alle fermate che si trovano appena dietro all'hotel. La colazione a buffet è principalmente salata, ma c'è da tantissima scelta, anche per la cena non delude, anzi è sorprendente non solo la varietà che è ampia (spesso sono presenti piatti speciali), ma è anche molto buona, soprattutto il pesce. Solo una nota, i piatti italiani sono buoni, anche se a volte hanno un sapore un po' diverso per via dei sapori degli ingredienti che cambiano un po'. Non si può non notare la gentilezza dello staff e la simpatia dei camerieri sempre attenti e disponibili. Infine vale la pena menzionare la piscina, non è molto grande ma può essere piacevole trascorrerci qualche ora.

Prisvärt
Trevligt och enkelt hotell som vi återvände till för andra gången. Ligger centralt och är prisvärt. Det enda negativa är att det är otroligt lyhört, när grannen öppnar sin dörr tror man att man får besök. Varenda ljud hörs från alla håll. Som tur var det inte så livat denna helg så vi stördes inte så mycket av det.

Location to shops bars restaurants was very good. Clean towels and sheets every day. Roof top pool was a plus.
