The hotel is nice and the service is good...but the overall cost performance is not high, especially in the summer when the price is high

It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience was average and I would not stay there again. The pictures of the Ctrip suite are not consistent with the reality. The reality is that it is an ordinary hotel room with an extra sofa, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip stated that it would open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel, but the actual decoration is relatively old. I don’t understand why it was a hotel that opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. I completed the formalities in the morning and came to pick up the room card in the afternoon. There was only one person at the front desk, which was very slow and I had to wait for a long time. The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants. It feels good to eat at night. The location is by the sea and it is very comfortable to walk.

El puente Romano es una pasada por la noche con un buen ambiente y el sitio está muy seguro. No obstante tengo que ponerle una estrella por el servicio pésimo que me brindó una camarera por la noche. Le expliqué que no quería tomar alcohol ni refrescos ni cócteles sin alcohol porque nunca bebo alcohol y las demás bebidas tienen fructosa y por tema de salud no las puedo consumir. Me tomó por tonta y me repito de manera muy prepotente si quería ver la carta elevando el tono de voz y con soberbia. Ni quise contestarle porque me habló con mala educación y Le pregunté a mi amiga que resintió lo mismo que yo. Jamás volveré a ese sitio. No sé si habrá ido a una escuela de hotelería esa camarera pero su servicio y manera de hablar a los clientes en cualquier sitio y aún más en un sitio así deja mucho que desear. Después ella se lo contó a su compañero para burlarse de mí, pensando que era la típica guiri. Trabajo en el tour operador turístico líder a nivel mundial y mandamos muchos clientes nuestros a ese hotel Y espero que ellos no van a volver a pasar por esa situación tan incomoda, la verdad. La camarera en cuestión lleva una camisa blanca y una coleta. Gracias por su atención

ESTIVEMOS HOSPEDADOS EM JUNHO , POR 4 NOITES , 5 DIAS .O LUGAR É BACANA , A ACADEMIA É ESPETACULAR, QUARTO BOM , O MEU TINHA SALA , VARANDA , BANHEIRA ... AMENITIES ACQUA DI PARMA... , MAS POR SE TRATAR DE UM LUGAR COM POLO GASTRONOMICO ENORME , COM MAIS DE 20 RESTAURANTES, O FLUXO DE PESSOAS É MUITO GRANDE E ISSO TIRA UM POUCO DA PRIVACIDADE . TIVE UM INCIDENTE PÉSSIMO, GANHEI UM OCULOS CHANEL MARAVILHOSO NA VIAGEM DO MEU MARIDO , ADORMECI NA PISCINA E ESQUECI NA ESPREGUIÇADEIRA QUANDO FUI EMBORA PRO MEU QUARTO.... QUANDO RETORNEI PARA BUSCÁ-LO , NÃO ESTAVA MAIS E NÃO FOI ENCONTRADO... SOLICITEI AS IMAGENS DE CAMÊRA DO LOCAL , E ATÉ HOJE NADA .... UMA PENA , UM LUGAR COM PREÇOS RELATIVAMENTE ALTOS , E SEM ASSISTÊNCIA .... LAMENTAVEL
