The hotel is nice and the service is good...but the overall cost performance is not high, especially in the summer when the price is high

It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience was average and I would not stay there again. The pictures of the Ctrip suite are not consistent with the reality. The reality is that it is an ordinary hotel room with an extra sofa, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip stated that it would open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel, but the actual decoration is relatively old. I don’t understand why it was a hotel that opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. I completed the formalities in the morning and came to pick up the room card in the afternoon. There was only one person at the front desk, which was very slow and I had to wait for a long time. The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants. It feels good to eat at night. The location is by the sea and it is very comfortable to walk.

Un hotel con mucho encanto! Me gusta mucho el ambiente de este hotel, siempre que vengo de vacaciones a Marbella lo visitamos es muy bonito, cuidado y con ese toque especial que lo hace único. Todo está pensado para disfrutar. Hemos estado en PIMPI esta vez y perfecto ambiente, comida riquísima. Lo recomiendo 100%
