BlueBay Banús

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking Hotel BlueBay Banus. Due to a medical emergency, I couldn’t travel on my original flight, but I contacted the hotel directly to inform them of my late arrival. They confirmed over the phone that this was absolutely fine and that my room would be available. However, shortly after, they cancelled my entire booking without warning and marked it as a “no-show,” despite already being told I’d be arriving late. When EasyJet Holidays contacted them on my behalf, they confirmed my booking was still valid , but when I rang the hotel again minutes later, they told me it was cancelled. Total contradiction. When trying to sort this with the hotel they have since refused all responsibility, claiming they didn’t get paid, while I’m left completely out of pocket for a holiday I fully intended to go on. The attitude and lack of accountability from this hotel have been absolutely shocking. There was zero compassion, zero transparency, and no willingness to help just blame-shifting and excuses. They are now just ignoring my email leaving me in the unknown. The lack of customer service has also been appalling trying to gas light me into thinking the phone call I have proof of never happened confirming my booking. This was not just an inconvenience; it was a complete loss of a holiday I paid for, during an already stressful time. I would never book here again, and I’ll be warning others to do the same.

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly, polite and most helpful. The room service was terrific. The room was exactly what we needed. Everything was in very good working order. The pool was great and very clean. The general facilities were very good. The kitchen area was clean and very well kept and maintained. We would certainly wish to stay there again. The location was exactly where we needed to be. Parking spaces can be a bit tough though.
