The man that checked us in was inpatient and difficult to work with 15minutes to check not needed long time.
Expected better from 4 star hotel room average missing basics like charger by beds.
Breakfast good but complex to get basic breakfast ordered.
Fruits could be better coffee was bad from machine wanted better.

Hotel Lima is located in the golden centre of Marbella, approx. 3min walk from the beach and all the restaurants. It offers nice rooms and generally nice service. Also the rooftop bar and pool are really nice touch. But what really made my stay with my fiancé truly special was the reception staff - Sussane, Ana and José. Sussane did everything for us from giving us the best trip advices, to making sure our stay was always top notch, I’ve travelled to a lot of places and I have never came across such a nice hotel person. Planning to come back!

A wonderful week! Lovely welcoming staff. The rooms are a little small (and we were in a premium on the 7th floor) and a bit short on storage but the beds are beautiful with the most luxurious bed linen ever and the smell and vibe of the hotel is gorgeous. So central with everything on your doorstep and a 5 minute walk takes you to the old town. Was so sorry to leave.

Trivelig og sentralt hotel midt i Marbella.
Svært hyggelig hotel midt mellom gamlebyen og sjøen. Nyoppusset og nydelig tilstand. Meget hyggelig betjening.
Balkong mot byen har morgensol, men ikke sol etter lunch.
Liv og røre på gata utenfor, men ikke plagsom støy. Ikke trafikkstøy.
Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.
