1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst
2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m.
3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car)
4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing.

We had a lovely stay here towards the end of May. We had a offer which included a special rate for a two bedroom apartment. I'm not too sure about what the other reviews are saying about noise disruption but this may be due to us travelling outside of school term time. We couldn't hear nor did we see anyone in our 'block' of apartments. Although there was a beach club nearby we couldn't even hear it. We were in room 1007 which is one of the apartments closer to the beach. We enjoyed the facilities, my husband loved the gym, I loved the putting and badminton activities. We brought a few things from the Marketplace but there is a supermarket within 10 min radius where we grabbed a lot more stuff. The outdoor pools were fine although cold. The indoor one was heated and much nicer. We went into Charlie's bar a couple of nights, both times it wasn't noisy. In fact the first time it was so quiet we felt like we had to whisper! We didn't dine on site so cannot say much, but there are restaurants within a sort walk. Overall we wanted to relax on this holiday and that's exactly what we did. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

This is the perfect hotel IF you want sleepless nights due to noise from poorly soundproofed apartments, if you love to sit on the terrace and listen to the noise of drunk Brits from Charlies Bar, if you enjoy the insanely loud music from a nearby outdoor nightclub, if you want to swim in an overcrowded pool with childrens excrement in the water, then the pool must close, if you want a swimming beach from which you cannot get into the water because of large stones. And don't think this is a Mariott hotel. It is a timeshare complex, it just uses the brand. During your stay, you are exposed to significant pressure to buy timeshare shares, which is strange when you think you have moved into a Mariott hotel.

Simply an amazing place Positives - amazingly kept garden /not crowded / good size apartments- well maintained so are the pools - Omar at the restaurant was good / food reasonably priced Only negative being its massive complex - nil else ! It close to everything around locally - plenty of shopping a stone throw away and take away etc
