How can I put it, this hotel is quite different. First of all, it is very new, the room is nice, the bedding and bath towels are very new, very comfortable, the room is relatively large, there is a super large balcony, and there is a swimming pool outside. However, used cups are rarely washed, and water is not available every day. If you ask the front desk for it, some will give you two bottles, and some will give you several bottles. The location is a bit out of the way. A taxi to the city costs 7 or 8 euros. There is also a station where you can go to the city and the pier for a little over 2 euros per person. There is a supermarket and high-end restaurants five minutes away. There are many Russians living there, and several people at the front desk are also Russians. The breakfast was average and there were not many people there, but the waiter felt completely overwhelmed and had a very good attitude.

Ficamos surpreendidos com a estadia que tivemos nesse delicioso hotel. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos; quarto família amplo e confortável com uma deliciosa varanda com vista para a piscina; banheiro amplo, com banheira e chuveiros separados; café da manhã completo e delicioso; área da piscina incrível; restaurante que serve a piscina com excelentes opções; bicicletas automáticas disponíveis para locação e super bem localizado, bem próximo ao calçadão da praia. E para conquistar ainda mais nossos corações, como tivemos que deixar o hotel às 6h30 da manhã, deixaram um pacotinho de café da manhã para cada membro da família com frutas, suco, sanduíche, croissant e bolinho. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!! We stayed here with our wedding party and from start to finish, Daniel and his team could have not done any more for us. We booked out 30 rooms of the hotel for our wedding guests and every single one of them were over the moon with their stay. The hotel itself is stunning and well looked after. The food and drink prices are reasonable and it has all the amenities you would possibly need. It’s about a 30 minute walk into Puerto Banus but a lovely harbour front walk. The hotel is more than willing to call you taxis if you require. We will be back, thanks again for making everything so special for us x

We have just returned from a five night stay at the Eurostars Oasis Marbella and can honestly say that we can't wait to go back. The smell as you walk into the hotel is amazing. The staff are attentive, polite and cannot do enough for you. Marta and Alfredo were especially great. Breakfast is plentiful. The loungers are extremely comfortable and the pool area is perfect, given that the gates are not unlocked until 10am so there is no bed reserving. The hotel is situated within a 15 minute walk of Puerto Banus and an easy bus ride from Marbella old town. From the front of the hotel there is building work going on next door but this really does not impact your stay. Well done Eurostars Oasis Marbella keep doing what you are doing!

Beautifully presented hotel in all area's. The staff were all Professional, polite and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection. Difficult to highlight the best parts as we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The balcony area of our room with views over the pool to the front and mountains to the side probably just tops it 😀.

Very beautiful, well appointed and clean hotel. The pool area is absolutely lovely with carefully maintained flower beds all around and very comfortable sun loungers/double beds. The rooms are of a good standard as well and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of hot and cold food, all fresh and with quality ingredients. We also enjoyed the fact you could have a glass of cava with your breakfast if you fancied it, at no extra cost. We had lunch twice at the hotel and the food also matched the quality of everything else. Stand out for us was the service we received from Xavier, the restaurant manager. He was friendly, welcoming, funny and warm straight from our first meeting at breakfast until the day we left. He looked after us so well and is a real asset to the hotel. The location was great, it was easy to get Ubers everywhere we wanted to go. I would certainly book to stay here again if I was to visit Marbella again.

Bel hôtel, moderne et récent. Bon accueil, belle chambre avec terrasse au dernier étage. Le service est bien et le personnel professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable, dans une grand salle baignée de lumière naturelle, avec un grand choix au buffet (le pain est délicieux). Concernant le Spa, petite déception. C’est un endroit privatisé, c’est parfait, mais l’eau du bassin était plutôt fraîche et cela ne vaut pas le prix demandé. Bassin trop petit, en 4 brasses, la longueur est faite🫤 Grand parking en sous-sol, avec des bornes pour véhicules électriques. Ns avons apprécié l’emplacement, proche du bord de mer. Cependant pour le prix, ns essayerons un autre hôtel la prochaine fois.
