The location was o my an hour from the airport, along the ocean and placed right in the middle of beautiful mangroves. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The facilities are meticulously maintained. The food is wonderful. The only drawback is that the promised animations are not always available. However, the ones that were available were facilitated by the staff.

Our stay in Club Palm Bay was amazing ! It was a pleasant and relaxed stay. Their cottages were located in between greens and back water. That was so beautiful. Pool was wonderful and safe for kids. The staffs were so kind and treated guest well. The food was also good and specially Chef Nethu Gimhani and Venuka also welcomed us with warmed heart !

We planned our stay for one day at the resort. On arriving the first reaction of the family was "Why for only one day? Why not more?" The resort is well planned, well maintained. Staff deserves all praise. I can’t stop from mentioning Shashikala and Roshan! All me.vers greet with smile and are very caring. Hrticulture team deserves praise. Plants are well groomed, lawns maintained well. We will love to repeat our visit at the resort.

We spend a supper holiday at club palm bay hotel. Unforgetable time. Supper tasty food. We love the swimming pool. Staffs are very Friday and helpful. We like to recommend. Ms Rumesha , hostess sashikala , chef Bindusara, pastry chef lahiru and chef imesh sachintha we will definitely come again....

Our stay at the Club Palm Bay was so enjoyable. The hotel is a nice getaway just yards away from the Indian Ocean. We were there for one week and were sad to leave. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the room attendants were phenomenal. Rashan and Anupa did a great job keeping our room clean and supplied with fresh towels and water bottles. Though we did not interact with them much, since we spent the majority of our days away from the resort we knew they had been there. Many days when we returned to our room there was a cute towel “animal” resting on our bed. We were thankful for their service to us!

We had a supper nice time at club Palm Bay hotel. We love the food and the swimming pool. The location is supper. Cleanliness is supper. Very friendly staff. Santana, Rumesh, Samantha, and Nipuni are have us a supper good service. We love this hotel. Definitely we will be repeating back.

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht von diesem Hotel in Sri Lanka . Ich war hier jetzt 2 Wochen und ich kann nur sagen , das Hotel , die Anlage und insbesondere die Mitarbeiter haben den Urlaub nur angenehmer gemacht; der freundliche respektvolle Umgang mit den Gästen war wirklich super. Gerade an der Bar haben tolle Mitarbeiter gearbeitet welche mir positiv aufgefallen sind: Dulan, Shehan , Harsha und Lahiru. Also wenn ihr in diesem Hotel seit , merkt euch die Namen , die Jungs sind wirklich übelst nett und sprechen auch recht gut englisch.
