Desde que llegamos al hotel, todo fue incluso mejor de lo que esperábamos. Lynne gave us my first Beach Yoga experience at 66 y.o., and it was perfect. We live at the beach in Palm Coast FL, but my husband and I do indoor yoga twice a week when home. I thought Beach yoga was too messy, but they modify it so you don't get too sandy. Men and women are welcome. Thank you Lynne & Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort in Marathon Key for another wonderful vacation. This time with our four granddaughters and their parents. The girls loved Kitty Yoga yesterday. The four pools are great too!
