The Hammocks at Marathon

The accomodatuons were absolutelly beautiful. The resort is well located on the Gulf. The staff is very experienced and friendly .

Getting to the hotel was fun and they allowed me to being my jet skis to go out o the water. The customer service was on par and did not disappoint. For a cheap hotel in the keys you can't miss out on this opportunity. Would be a shame to miss out the hotel rooms aren't the absolute best but they work.

Just came back. What a great location and the views. Can't be beat. I would highly recomen the is place. 1 hour away to key west. and so many locations to see. the food is great in the area too.

First time here. The room was what we expected being Bluegreen owners. Everything we needed was there, just had to go shopping to get the food we wanted. The pool was heavily chlorinated but a descent size pool. We ate at Barnacle Barney’s one night for dinner and it was good. The bartender ran out of ice so no frozen drinks. Did the sunset cruise with Mermaid Charters and it was absolutely beautiful. Dorthy who works overnight needs some customer service training, she was very rude and didn’t know how to address issues. Who really saved the day and needs a raise is Dalyi. She is all about customer service and going above and beyond for the guest. I have worked for Marriott for over 23 years and I wish I had Dalyi at all my hotels. She really cares about taking care of the guest and comes up with creative ways to say yes. She brightens your day as soon as you see her. Full of smiles and suggestions. Do what you need to maintain her employment. She is someone you want to train to get into management.

Had a handicap with a view on 1st floor. Daili was exceptional & staff were friendly & accommodating. Highly recommend this place

This was our first trip to a bluegreen resort. It was wonderful. We loved the layout of the one bedroom unit. The bedroom was actually larger than the one in our home. The bathroom was spacious. The kitchen was small but functional for a few easy meals. The furnishings met out needs. The balcony didn't have a view but was nice to have.
