Management problems. Also housekeepers are theft. They stolen $35 in coins which I put in my room and threw away my girl perfume and her candies which value $850 in to the trash can moreover told us to pickup in the in the trash can. The housekeeper came and my room without my consent and before our time check out. (Before 11:00 AM). I would like to know who responsible of my lost ? We placed a tag of Super8 outside the door which it said do not disturb early in the morning which we out for breakfast. Your manager Dave Patel appears to be very rude speaking to us with a very bad attitude also he tried called a male employee (super8) and the manager told us to ( get out ) which he couldn’t answer our questions. Also he blamed us we smoked in the room which didn’t further more he tried to charge us $150 for it.

If you want a clean luxurious hotel then don’t go there. Even if you don’t care, you’re wasting your money. It didn’t feel clean. Bed was uncomfortable

Room 113. The room was fairly clean. There was mold/mildew in the shower. looks like it's been painted over several times. The wall is crumbling above the shower insert. The buttons on the ac were worn out, the cord to the telephone was cut. Breakfast was ok. The guy doing the food didn't do well with keeping the food stocked. Hot tub water was brown. Couldn't use it. The younger night front desk guy was great and very helpful.

When I first arrived to the property, everything looked fine. I was only going to be in town for one day and really just needed a bed. I checked in around 1am and checked out by 8am and the staff was very courteous. When I arrived in my room, I looked out the window just to see if I could see my car. It turned out that I was on the other side of the building, but I did notice something strange. On the ground right outside my window were 3 large window screens. The only reasons I can think of for the removal of window screens are for repair or maintenance or for some type of sneaky entrance. I imagine that if the reason was maintenance, they would have been replaced rather than simply left on the ground. Anyway, after I finally got into bed and was trying to sleep, I had to get back up to close the bathroom door because the tub was leaking and, of course, in the dead of night, it echoes. The next night while at home, my back started itching. I lifted up my shirt and looked in the mirror to see my upper back covered with bites. I am praying I didn't bring home any bed bugs!! The price for the night was the cheapest I had found, but perhaps this is one of those times that you get what you pay for.

Housekeeping stole our debit card and tried to use it. They tried to lie and that they didn't have our debit card but got an alert after reporting it was lost/stolen that it was attempted to be used. Management tried to keep our deposit even though we left the room spotless and didn't break anything. Overall a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Decent price for Overnight getaway. Room nice, clean and big. But, it had a funky smell that trigger asthma attack for family member. Staff friendly and helpful. Seen previous reviews describing the pool water as dirty. Water was clean ut poor choice of pool lining (dingy grey sandy appearance) made the water look dirty. Clear when check with clean cup. As most pools in AZ constant plant leaves, flowers blowing around end up in the pool. Their pool did not have it's filter running so had to use the pool skimmer basket to remove most of it ourselves. Staff said it was cleaned that morning but wasn't aware of nay continuous filter to remove floating debris. Pool chairs were a DISASTER in disrepair,
