Péssimo. Tem várias opções em japaratinga bem melhores e bem mais baratas. Equipe da recepção ótima, passando isso, resto péssimo. Em especial a inesquecível Renata, que se diz gerente do hotel.fazia tempo que não via uma pessoa tão má educada e grossa. Péssima relação com os hóspedes, estávamos em 4 quartos, fomos maltratados pela mesma. Se querem diversão e relaxar, corram desse hotel.

Péssimo serviço. Equipe da recepção ótima, passando isso, resto péssimo. Em especial a inesquecível senhora Renata, que se diz gerente do hotel. Péssima relação com os hóspedes, estávamos em 4 quartos, fomos maltratados pela mesma. Se querem diversão e relaxar, corram desse hotel.

Essa foi a primeira vez que fui à Japaratinga e a Eco Pousada... e o que posso dizer: foi muito bom, o lugar é lindo, tudo limpo, aconchegante, todos os colaboradores são gentis e solícitos, o quarto é espaçoso, o banheiro tem um tamanho bom as camas e travesseiros confortáveis, muito verde por todo lugar. Os hospedes da pousada tem acesso ao Mirante Tabor, que é um lugar muito lindo, ótimo para tirar fotos e guardar recordações.

Quarto muito confortável. Café da manhã simples, mas muito bom.
Pontos a melhorar a escada que leva para monte tabor está precisando de manutenção. E as bicicletas não estavam disponíveis por estarem em manutenção.
Funcionários muito atenciosos.
