El encargado, Roberto, es una persona muy irrespetuosa y sin verguenza. Las camas estaban rotas. Los colchones de muy mala calidad y sucios ( manchas dudosas ) El wifi no funciona. Paredes llenas de advertencias de multas de cualquier cosa. No se deja secar las toallas sobre la ventana y te multan si SALES al balcon. En si el lugar es una estafa y peor es la gente que te atiende. No arruinen sus vacaciones, no alquilen aqui.

Se cumplió lo dicho, la atención y amabilidad de los dueños es lo más enriquecedor y no me quedo sin hablar de la hermosa vista al mar y lo cerca que quedan las cosas. Recomendadisimo! cuando se de la oportunidad de volver para Mar del Plata ya sabemos a dónde alojarnos

Se nos ofrecio un servicio que no cumplieron. Las camas rotas, los colchones pesimos, la calidad es horrible y el dueño un atrevido, irrespetuoso, mal educado y ademas sin verguenza. La verdad que se nos arruino las vacaciones, no recomiendo para nada este lugar PESIMO.

Deja muchísimo que desear, de entrada el dueño un irrespetuoso, el departamento horrible, colchones que ya no sirven, parece que vas a la milicia porque no se puede hacer absolutamente nada. Una vergüenza y estafa total. Deberían cerrar ese lugar

Mi experiencia en el Edificio único de Mar del Plata fue excelente. Fui por sólo dos días y no me arrepiento, es más pienso regresar en cuanto pueda. Lo recomiendo. Todo impecable, todo funciona y el lugar está en perfectas condiciones. Ni hablar de la vista al mar que te permite soñar, si el día de playa no acompaña...

Todo espectacular, no tengo ninguna queja, cerca del mar, las instalaciones en perfecto estado, todo funciona, el trato es excelente. Es un lugar para recomendar, por supuesto que pienso volver en cuanto pueda. Está cerca de todo lo que te pueda interesar.
