El restaurante y sus platos son muy buenos, el desayuno excelente y la piscina climatizada también, solo falta un frigobar en las habitaciones y modernizar un poco la decoración de las mismas y los acolchados, las cortinas y las ventanas también podrían mejorarlas, así como los manteles del restaurante son demasiado antiguos, el personal excelente y todos muy amables

Horrible atención en el restaurante. No están preparados para atender a celiacos. Ofrecen un menú pobre envasado y con alimentos poco sabrosos e industriales de baja calidad. Una opción de entrada.. y de postre solo fruta Para comer así no gastaba dinero. Las habitaciones cumplen pero la que me tocó no tenía internet. Reclame en recepción y me dijeron que nunca pasó.. pero tampoco lo solucionaron. No tiene secador de pelo.. y la heladera de la habitación tampoco enfriaba.

Fui hace una semana (Enero 2025) Hotel regular. El hall es lindo y grande. Habitaciones que dejan mucho que desar al igual que la limpieza. El desayuno normal y cumple su función pero la cena tiene poca variedad e insulsa. Por otra parte, la atención de recepción es HORRIBLE, no te saludan al entrar, mala onda, cero vocación de servicio, no deben ser gente idónea lamentablemente, eso baja mucho la reputación del hotel y las ganas de volver. Rescato la amabilidad del señor recepcionista de la noche, un 10, como tiene que ser, educado y bien preparado para LA ATENCIÓN AL PÚBLICO que es TODO en un hotel.

Atención muy buena. Comidas, cena muy bien, desayuno aceptable. Hotel anticuado sin reformas, pisos de madera muy sucios, falta de pintura. Una pena, le falta mantenimiento. El hotel se publicita como 4 estrellas pero es de 2, en mi opinión.

Lo único destacable del hotel es la ubicación, el resto un museo mal cobservado, el desayuno deja bastante que desear. sin dudas 30 años atrás ha sido un hermoso hotel.... jamás se renovó. Ofrecen spa, pileta y gimnasio pero al momento del check in informan que no está disponible

Un hotel desastroso, atención muy mala, esta ubicado en una zona muy insegura. Una mugre de hotel, se creen que tiene 4 estrellas cuando creo no llega a media. El colchón con una canaleta en el medio, las almohadas otro desastre. Teníamos que estar pidiendo todos los días que nos dejen las cosas de limpieza, no se sabia si te secabas con toallas o papel de pescaderia. El desayuno dependía el día si te traen el fiambre o no. Te dicen tienen pileta, no deben saber que es una pileta de verdad, parecía una pelopincho. No tienen ningún tipo de seguridad para personas con movilidad reducida, ni en lo que llaman pileta o los baños. Nos alojamos mi madre y yo ni siquiera cuando llegamos y nos fuimos fueron capaces de acercar las valijas al taxi. NO ES PARA NADA RECOMENDABLE.

HORRIBLE!!!No mal gaste tu dinero no llega a una estrella todo de lo peor pileta los baños viejos los colchones las frazadas y en la habitación un olor a comida impresionante (es como dormir en una roticeria )hasta las toallas con olor. tiene el puesto número uno de los más malo y te LO COBRAN COMO BUENO ESO ES LO PEOR UN HOTEL DE LOS AÑOS 70
