Me alojé en junio y la verdad es que la habitación estaba calentita, el agua de la ducha también. La habitación era con vista a la playa y realmente hermoso! El cuarto es pequeño pero para 2 esta muy bien. Muy limpio y agradable tanto la habitación como el hotel en si. Lo único negativo es que no tenía bañera ( solo duchador)

Tuve una experiencia pésima en este hotel y quiero compartirla para evitar que otros pasen por lo mismo. Reservé la habitación más cara con vista al mar, esperando comodidad y calidad, pero la realidad fue muy diferente. El aire acondicionado central no funcionaba correctamente, había un fuerte olor a humedad y el baño estaba en condiciones deplorables: la mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien, y las puertas, que originalmente eran de vidrio, habían sido reemplazadas por plástico sellado con pegamento, lo que había generado acumulación de hongos en los bordes. Además, cada vez que se tiraba la cadena del inodoro, este perdía agua. La habitación tampoco contaba con caja de seguridad ni heladera. Los placares estaban en pésimo estado, el único espejo disponible estaba deteriorado, el colchón era incómodo y las almohadas dejaban mucho que desear. Para colmo, la insonorización era nula, por lo que se escuchaba absolutamente todo del cuarto vecino. Al ver esta situación, solicité un cambio de habitación. Inicialmente, el personal se negó, pero tras insistir en recepción, me asignaron otra que tampoco estaba en buenas condiciones. Ante la falta de solución, decidí irme a otro hotel. Ningún empleado se hizo cargo del problema y el gerente simplemente lo ignoró. Si están considerando hospedarse aquí, les recomiendo pensarlo dos veces.

Contrate una habitación con vista al Mar y cuando llego al hotel me dieron una habitación simple con vista a un edificio e solicitado a la página despegar que me reintegre la diferencia de dinero porque pague $ 495.000 mil pesos por una habitación con vista al Mar y me estafaron tanto despegar porque no se hace cargo y el hotel menos. Ojo tengan mucho cuidados no todo lo que brilla es Oro. El aire acondicionado de esa habitación Estándar lo manejan ellos no tiene control remoto que vos podes controlar a tu necesidades la pase muy mal en ese hotel. Tengo fotos y videos de ese hotel por dios que desastre de Hotel

Algo viejo..venido a menos.. la comida abundante pero solo minutas. El personal muy esmerado en atender bien. Le vendria bien una refrescada al hotel. Me cobraron 85000 el cuarto y al entrar en sitios de turismo figuraba 55.000. no me quedo claro eso.

Un tres estrellas que tiene: Muy buen desayuno Toallas, somier, sábanas muy bien. Pequeño restaurante, mediocre. Sin estacionamiento. Habitaciones pequeñas e incómodas ( las que tienen vistas al mar). Diego se destaca en recepción, el responsable del personal apático. Tiene varios escalones en su única entrada, imposible para personas con dificultades de movilidad. Ubicación excelente. Buen precio.

Recepción apática (excepto Diego, un fenomeno), habitación con hermosa vista al mar, somier perfecto. Baño diminuto en buen estado. No hay lugar para poner la ropa, solo 4 perchas y pequeños cajones en una cómoda, solo eso, en definitiva la habitación es increíblemente chica. Desayuno bueno, atención de todo el personal displicente. Buena limpieza, mini restaurant, comí solo una vez y no me gustó. Me quedé 5 noches, fui solo. Otra persona más en esa habitación no entra. El precio es muy bueno, no tiene cochera. Personas con problemas de movilidad no pueden acceder al hotel porque tiene varios escalones en la entrada. Se descansa bien y va mucha gente. Mar del Plata es muy especial al tener tantos hoteles con más de 70 años de vida, mucha oferta, pero hay que averiguar bien su estado. Este es uno de ellos. Hay un solo ascensor que no anduvo para nada bien, más bien diría que es un desastre. Buena calefacción. No volvería.

El primer dia no estaba en frigobar en la habitacion lo tuve que pedir. Y lo peor fue que las sabanas estaban sucias ( realmente sucias hasta uñas habia). Diretamente no las habian cambiado. El desayuno esta bien es aceptable. No fue como esperaba.

Espectacular todo!!!. Atención, órden, limpieza, silencio, seguridad, el desayuno increíble y el Restaurant....sin palabras, no es necesario ir a comer a otro lado. El estacionamiento se encuentra a media cuadra, cómodo y seguro. La atención de todo el Personal excelente.
