Thieves and scammers! I wouldn't go there to get ripped off, it's not worth the price and I hope none of you go there. Boycott this... It's not fair for others to go here hoping to find a decent place. They shouldn't go, there are already too many similar reviews, they should do something!

ESTAMOS SIN AGUA!! DESDE LAS 7 DE LA MAÑANA!! NO HACEN LO QUE HAY QUE HACER QUE ES INVERTIR PARA QUE NO VUELVA A PASAR!! Y ESO ES UNA DECISIÓN DE LA VADENA DE HOTELES, ES UNA ESTAFA!! OJO!! NO SE DESLUMBTEN POR LAS FOTOS.... porque no es lo que anuncian en las fotos, desde el primer día sin agua caliente, hoy peor ... sin agua es inadmisible y el pasamanos de la escalera se salió y una señora mayor casi se cae es para juicio directamente uno tiene el derecho como consumidor ha q se cumpla con la seguridad mínima!!

Espantoso, no se les ocurra ir, se corto el agua caliente, el estacionamiento es una mentira, solo entran motos, autos ninguno, cucarachas en la habitacion, las habitaciones chicas , con respecto al trato despúes de insistir nos dieron otra habitacion con agua caliente, todo mal, no vayan, hagan como nosotros, NUNCA MAS

Hotel viejo, sucio, sin agua caliente. Abrí la ventana de la pequeña habitación triple que me tocó y había un techo asqueroso lleno de excremento de palomas y basura. Los cables de electricidad colgaban, la bañera con suciedad y pelos. Recepcionistas no ayudan a nada, solo dicen que te van a mandar alguien a chequear agua caliente y nunca va nadie. Te cobran un montón por un Servicio que No existe. Un desastre!!! No intenten reservar con ellos porque no responden WhatsApp ni teléfono. Los cubrecamas sin lavar, transparentes de viejos, las cortinas se notan que no las lavan nunca. Nada limpio!!!

DESASTROZO
Un desastre!!! El bidet perdia agua al igual que el inodoro, la ducha de caia cuando abrias el agua, los pisos del baño todos rotos, las paredes sin pintar, la habitacion de 3 con una matrimonial y una simple prácticamente pegadas. Nos dieron solo una tarjeta para ingresar porque no tenian mas. El desayuno sin fiambre. UN TOTAL DESASTRE EL HOTEL

Fuimos con mi pareja los primeros días de diciembre, la atención de la recepción es muy buena, llovió el primer día y teníamos la piscina climatizada como opción, la ubicación super céntrica cerquita Del Mar. Desayuno variado, aunque agregaría opciones como jamón y queso o frutas. Los colchones estaban viejos un poco incómodos, pero sacando esos detalles excelente precio/calidad. Volveríamos!

Hello, unfortunately the answer is not accepted for the following reasons:
1. The San Remo hotel did NOT have the reservation made by *******. Consequently, they did not allow me to register until after 5 in the afternoon, registering my debit card since they could not find the reservation through *******.
2. The hotel once managed to register me pending finding the reservation or charging me again, it gave me the room that did NOT match the photos in the publication, the room was disgustingly dirty, all the windows with animal feces and The bedding was outside the minimum standards of any accommodation.
3. I had to urgently pay for another Hotel through ******* as you can see in my reservations, at a highly higher price until I was able to find a hotel with a stay for those dates.
I request that you review the case before making the claim to the credit card and initiate the corresponding actions.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación por eso lo elegimos en reiteradas veces. Tiene una piscina y centro de spa en los últimos pisos. El desayuno típico de hotel de playa. Sin mucho para destacar. Ideal para alojarte en el centro de Mar de Plata.
