Muy mala la atención de room service a cargo de la Sra Vanesa. En repetidas oportunidades confundieron los pedidos, enviando otros productos que no habían sido solicitados o directamente no cumpliendo con el pedido en sí. Ante el reclamo, la encargada de este sector anteriormente mencionada, manifestó muy mala predisposición, mala educación, y cero resolución del problema. El resto del personal de alimentos y bebidas fue realmente encantador.

Me aloje alli por trabajo tres dias, me toco una habitacion que daba de costado al mar era grande, tenia frigobar pava electrico y cafetera. Había caja de seguridad, el aire acondicionado era digital. El baño era grande y muy comodo. El desayuno era completo y muy variado. Habioa pileta lastioma que cerraba 18hs y no la pudimos usar mucho.

Hotel viejo, absolutamente caro, pasado de moda, habitaciones viejas, camas superpequeñas, aire acondicionado ruidoso, mala la atención del lobby. Spa con niños saltando y salpicando por todos lados. Restaurantes carísimos y comida del montón. En resumen un hotel que cobra mas caro que los mejores hoteles de Europa, con un servicio absolutamente del montón. Había pagado por adelantado el servicio de carpa en el balneario del hotel, todo el fin de semana estuvo lluvioso, pedí que lo compensaran con los gastos que efectuaría en el hotel, los cuales superaron por mucho ese gasto. La respuesta fue que no se devolvía ni se compensaba el dinero, a pesar de que el balneario estaba absolutamente vacío. Me sentí estafado en mi buena fe, por haber pagado el servicio por adelantado por sugerencia del personal del hotel.

Si bien no nos alojamos en el hotel, si alquilamos una carpa ne el balneario. Las instalaciones son excelentes, todo limpio y en condiciones. Párrafo aparte para la atencion de Emmanuel: mi esposa tuvo un problema en el ojo, por lo que el personal del balneario llamó a la asistencia médica. La asistencia llegó después del horario de cierre del balneario, sin embargo Emmanuel se quedó el tiempo necesario para asegurarse que todo esté bien y que se solucione todo. Muchas gracias Emmanuel por tu empatía en ese momento!!!!!

Esos lugares donde el clima en vacaciones no importa porque el personal y las instalaciones lo tienen todo: amabilidad y cortesía en todos los sectores, camas estupendas y sábanas adecuadas, limpieza y calidad, servicio de batas y toallas permanentes, túnel hacia la playa con galería fotográfica, desayuno abundante y variado, clases de yoga y streching, y todo con una app muy adecuada. Si tuviera algo para sugerir es que las propinas del personal puedas apuntarse en los cargos para abonar al finalizar

Lamentablemente no es un hotel 5 estrellas. La atención no se condice con el precio, el personal es muy educado pero no solucionan los problemas que se suscitan en el hotel. Anoche no tuvimos la atención en el restaurante con la comida caliente ya que no funcionaba el calentador. La empresa está avocada al evento de los 30 años de inauguración del hotel. En el spa la ducha está fría. Quisiera volver al hotel en otras condiciones. Tomen esto como una crítica constructiva a futuro. Muchas gracias!
