Si bien es cierto que existen determinados detalles que ponen en evidencia una cierta falta de mantenimiento, el departamento en el piso 24 con vista al mar, la calefacción, el estacionamiento y la atención del personal han sido excelentes.

The property is gorgeous and the staff are extremely helpful. We reached early and they helped us to check in and kept our luggage as we walked around. The apartment was super spacious and we had a 3 bedroom. The kitchen was big and fully equipped and the apartment had all the amenities for 6 of us. The apartment had a small outdoor terrace which was very cute. The location is what adds five stars to staying at the apt. Its 5 min walking distance to the centre and it was super convinient to go in and out. All the sight seeing spots are walking distance and we walked everywhere. Over all a lovely experience and very comfortable stay.

Un edificio absolutamente abandonado. El estado De los apartamentos da verguenza, viejo, sucio. Las Almohadas achatadas q no permiten descansar, colchones viejos con cama de elastico antiguo. Sabas y cubrecamas percudidos… El balcon vista al mar todo sucio de heces de palomas, imposible asomarse. Muebles viejos en malas condiciones. Un jaboncito mini para 4 personas y champu que no quisieras usar, no condice con el valor q cobran la noche nada. Asensores fuera de servicio, se atascan en cualquier piso, tuvimos q bajar del piso 27 por escalera: QUE PASA SI HAY UNA URGENCIA!!! La recepción no dio una sola respuesta ante la queja. LA recepcion parece bastante vistosa, una ve q ingresas a los pisos una verdadera verguenza hasta el piso 27. Disfrazaron el piso 28 porque desde alli accedes al cafe Las Nubes ( piso 29) Por la tarifa que cobra ( alta) no ofreve desayuno ( esta a cargo de Cafe las Nubes piso 29 y es adicional) Recomiendo NO ALOJARSE. No lo vale. Un verdadero CHASCO

Pésimo mantenimiento del edificio en gral y atención. Nos quedamos entre el piso 10 y 11 encerrados con mi nene en el ascensor por falta de luz. Tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos para que nos abran!! No funcionaba ni la alarma para dar aviso. Dicen que es "normal" que se quede sin luz el ascensor (cuando nos daban una habitación en el piso 20). Desastre total! Nunca vayan ahi, el gerente nunca dio la cara

Los dos chicos que están en la recepción son unos maleducados que atienden super mal, solo pedí pasar al baño mientras hacía la fila para ingresar al Cafe de las Nubes y me dijeron que no de muy mala manera.
