房間廁所裏有死老鼠，嚇一跳，告知前台以後，衹做出換房間的操作，沒有道歉沒有一句不好意思，換了房間以後去前台換卡沒有得到一句歉意的表達，居然還問我，你要換房間嗎？我不換我還繼續住在有死老鼠的房間？
