房間廁所裏有死老鼠，嚇一跳，告知前台以後，衹做出換房間的操作，沒有道歉沒有一句不好意思，換了房間以後去前台換卡沒有得到一句歉意的表達，居然還問我，你要換房間嗎？我不換我還繼續住在有死老鼠的房間？

這是我住的最差的酒店，設施陳舊簡陋房間沒有電話，床品衞生差，酒店水壺裡有半壺污水，服務員態度極差，感覺現在酒店很難遇到這樣的服務員，這個酒店還讓我住的有點恐懼，晚上10點左右手機接一個電話説是前台（這時才發現酒店房間沒電話）問我按金給了多少錢是不是給了五百，我明明給了一百還開了票據，我如實回答了，我問怎麼啦沒説掛掉了。11點左右這個這個電話又打過來我接了，對方好久不説話，我放下手機很納悶也有點恐懼感覺住進了黑店，半宿沒睡着，加上床品衞生差也沒脱衣服，迷迷糊糊捱到天明，趕緊退房。原以為酒店位置緊鄰公安派出所安全不用擔心的，還有就是我是看評價選的，那些好評怎麼跟我遇到完全不符
