We had booked this before colleagues of mine in Maputo recommended other hotels. The hotel is clean, secure, and quiet, and the front desk staff were great. Location is reasonably close to the business districts and there is a grocery store next door. The rooftop bar is OK, though in a city with a lot of great views, it is nothing special. The breakfast was pretty dismal, and given how difficult transportation can be in Maputo if you don't have a driver, the staff could have been more helpful in that regard: they called a driver to take us to dinner but then left us to negotiate the price. In Portuguese. If your transportation is covered and this place is cheap, go ahead, but otherwise there are better places in town.

A lovely hotel with great facilities.. We stayed there for 7 nights and all the nights were a pleasure.. Walking distance to a shopping mall and lots of great food places.. They even prepped our room for a surprise birthday at no extra cost.. The hotel is well managed and if you really want a good deal or any extra help Kripa is the go to man.. He will assist you with anything and everything..

Stayed two nights. Centrally located with good soundproofing. The surrounding area is not the best - wouldn't walk around after dark. The hotel looked nearly empty. The room was small but functional. Air conditioning worked well. Amenities included laptop- size safe and electric kettle, although no coffee or tea provided. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Well lit desk area with power outlets . Mismatched chair barely fitting under the desk without enough space for one's legs. Bathroom with separate cabins for shower and toilet. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. No hair dryer. Average wifi, but the password provided is valid for one device only. I asked for a second one and the man at the front desk told me that ”it would take some time” and he would call me. He never did, so I ended up tethering my laptop to my phone for two days. Breakfast buffet with good selection. Friendly staff with varying levels of helpfulness: a woman arranged for my early morning taxi and breakfast box, while a man, when asked where I could find some shops, told me to check Google Maps. Overall good for a short stay.

I think it is the best place to stay in Maputo) the hotel is beautiful, right on the beach-and the only one in Maputo that has an access to the beach and the ocean) an infinity pool, beautiful views, comfortable rooms -especially with the sea view) the breakfast has a variety of dishes that will suite anyone) the team is welcoming-especially Natercia and Heleno and Vasco from the Reception team) and Pedro, the waiter in the bar) and Mercio who met me in the begining-when i arrived at the ”wrong” entrance an got confused a bit)))) even before i got there i had a couple of requests for the team, when i e-mailed them, and all of them were quickly handled) i really lived the place and people) would definitely love to come back)

There is Gloria Mall next to the main door without leaving the door, a Chinese supermarket on the first floor, and a cinema on the third floor. The highlight of the hotel is that all rooms face the beach. There is a road outside the hotel gate that leads to the beach, and all rooms have sea views. - There is a red wine and cigar bar on the first floor, which can entertain VIP customers, and the wine is expensive. The G floor is a western restaurant, a lobby cafe, and breakfast is served on the G floor. First of all, I want to say that the location of the hotel is very convenient. It is located in the city center, with many shopping and dining places nearby, which is very suitable for travelers. In addition, the hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off services, which is very convenient for travelers who do not rent a car. The first floor is a Chinese restaurant with rich dishes. There is a barrier to choice every time you order. People with a small appetite are advised to order the daily special set meal. Every dish ordered is huge. Basically, you can't eat anything with two dishes. The fried rice and noodles are also the size of a soup bowl, which can be shared by two to three people. The second floor is a gym, swimming pool and spa. The spa hardware is very high, but because there are few masters, I have only seen 2 people. It is recommended to make an appointment in advance. There will be no harassment when the hotel central air conditioning is turned on. The hotel room is equipped with a balcony as standard. The balcony is 3-4 square meters, which is large. You can overlook Maputo Bay and watch the high and low tides every day. The sea breeze and the sound of the tide make it easy to fall asleep. Finally, I was impressed by the service of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always keep smiling and try their best to meet the needs of guests. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience of staying here. I heard from the locals that this hotel is located in the whole of Maputo and its facilities are very suitable for Chinese tourists. The only downside is that if you book late, the price will exceed a thousand yuan per day. It is highly recommended to travelers who are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Wonderful stay!! I stayed 2 weeks, in Maputo for business. The rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping was friendly and left the rooms so nice each day. Service in the hotel restaurant was phenomenal!! Amos and his team treated us so kindly and worked very hard to make each meal enjoyable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Lunch and dinner options were filling and good quality. Again, the service was really lovely. The front desk was so helpful in arranging transportation and accomdating our needs. I will stay here again when visiting Maputo!

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, arriving at 2PM with a rental car and parking in front. A nice English-speaking receptionist copied my passport, as I signed an entry sheet, then presented the key cards. After parking in their secure lot, we took one of the 2 elevators to the 1st floor. Wood tiled room #116 opened to a fully outfitted bathroom with a tile shower, followed by a refer, safe and coffee station, a comfortable but small double bed facing a satellite TV(Al Jezzara, BBC or CNN, 5 sports, Disney, Discovery + 10 more channels), then desk and chair. A large window opened to planted palms. While the room is small it is ideally designed with quiet AC, constant bathroom exhaust, good secure WIFI and 2 outlet stations. The serviced 6:30AM lobby breakfast was excellent; juices, fruit, yogurt, eggs, hot and cold meats, cheese, breads/jams, muffins and coffee machine choices. This new 125 room hotel connects to the Baia Mall and overlooks the sea.
