一進大堂就眼前一亮，整個感覺很大氣，中庭還養了錦鯉，可以喂喂魚，悠哉悠哉的，退房時下了點雨，讓風景看起來更有意境了，前台ruby 服務很熱情，酒店挺不錯的。

非常好的酒店，店員熱情周到，景區環境不錯，服務到位，停車方便，很滿意的一次居住。自助餐出品品質優秀。温泉水非常舒服，有各種各樣的泡池，晚上還有節目表演，有免費的冰粉，和飲料，下次來旅遊還是會繼續光顧。

看評價較高偶然選擇了這家酒店，果然沒有讓人失望，山清水秀，空氣清新，絕！酒店環境很好，安靜優美，前台小姐姐非常好幫忙免費房間升級，笑容甜美，服務非常不錯的，她們很關注我們的入住體驗，對小朋友也友好。自助餐種類也多，味道不錯。以後泡温泉度假一定選擇這裏。

喜來登温泉酒店的體驗超出預期！前台凱文效率超高，核對訊息、辦理入住一氣呵成，還貼心介紹了酒店設施和温泉開放時間。餐廳菜品豐富，中西式早餐搭配合理，服務員添水換碟都很及時。客房乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，晚上泡完温泉回來躺着特別愜意，大堂吧的飲品也很齊全。最驚喜的是温泉區，大小湯池分佈合理，有中葯池、玫瑰池等多種選擇，水質清澈，旁邊還有休息區提供免費茶水和水果，泡完渾身舒暢，性價比絕了！

房間設計中規中矩，花園是中式的，酒店剛好被山圍繞，庭院水景設計很花心思。
大堂正門外是以水景上佈置抽象山型，有點像參考貝聿銘的蘇州博物館的園林山景。
大堂的另一邊，也就是酒店的主花園，亭台樓閣，曲折小橋，水裡養了許多錦鯉。
從大堂正中往外和往裡看，景觀設計很講究對稱之美，庭院裏的小橋剛好在酒店的正門和前面假山的中軸網上。
大堂通往房間大樓的道路是黑色石，與柱子石墩同為一種石，很好。
中餐套餐的出品也不錯。
