抵達時小宗經理早已在等候接待，不僅高效辦理手續，更貼心注意到我們的慶祝需求。傍晚時分竟驚喜送來了精心裝飾的生日蛋糕和精美伴手禮，蛋糕上的手寫祝福與當季水果搭配得恰到好處，這份突如其來的儀式感讓壽星開心不已！
入住期間小宗始終保持着專業且温暖的待客之道：每日晨間都會主動詢問需求，根據潮汐時間推薦最佳趕海時段，退房時還特別贈送了本地特色明信片作為紀念。這種將標準化服務與個性化關懷完美結合的服務理念，真正詮釋了高端酒店應有的温度。

房間整潔舒適，陽台在靠海的一面，可以聽海浪聲，也能在房間看日落很舒服。
2月來這裏人不多，度假區閑逛很愜意，海邊退潮時可以用鏟子挖到🦀和🐚，最後都放生了。
定的房間類型含早餐選擇很多，送了下午茶，下午和晚上還能去泡温泉，性價比很高。
酒店所有員工都非常nice，入住前，前台有工作人員（小樑）提前加微信告知各類入住和遊玩訊息，這次5天的入住體驗特別棒，非常感謝酒店和所有酒店員工

酒店設施很一般，是我住過大量的喜來登中最差的。服務人員少，但服務不錯。酒店風景很好，景區還是很有度假感的。浪漫海岸多次去了，整體挺不錯的，但這次最大的槽點是温泉，非常臟！！
