去年元旦去了，今年也去了，還是住的映月樓，一樓帶浴池的，很舒服水很乾凈，服務周到，早餐很豐盛

房間又臟又舊，馬桶是壞的，一晚上在漏水，空調破爛開一會咔咔的響，隔音效果巨差，早上6點多被走廊聲音吵醒，聲音大到我以為沒關門。床單被罩浴巾臟舊感覺幾年沒換。房間內的温泉池也是慘不忍睹，住過同星級和價格的酒店沒有比這更爛的了，一大早起來馬上就去退房，真的無語

房間設施老舊了。要組織定期維修，確保每樣正常使用才行，一是温泉邊的射燈壞了，二是茶桌離電源太遠，三是房間的插座（帶usb接口）的都壞了？

晚上差不多12點才入住的，前台美女樑晶晶非常友好，幫我們升級帶有池的房型。還延遲第二天退房。處理比較靈活，早餐喜來登的，挺好。

住了兩個晚上，很多泡池，真温泉， 有適合孩子玩的戲水區，晚上還有的看錶演，訂的是房間裡帶泡池的，很隱蔽

服務超讚，早餐喜來登冇得輸，因為是平日溫泉人少，所以玩得很自在，泉水夠熱，小朋友滑梯那邊很適合小朋友玩，吐槽的就是房間廁所有點邋遢，我住的房間原以為是一幢一起住的房間，只適合那些朋友一齊分開住，另外要吐槽的就是住房間溫泉的那邊沒有locker東西不知放哪裏例如房咭丶電話，整體來說也很不錯的，員工非常友善與配合，一有不妥的地方馬上就已經處理，另外這邊茂名也是一個很不錯的地方，希望下一次再來
