張曉文的服務非常細緻周到，家裡有長者，張曉文還主動熱情的幫忙安排房間，主動引導路線，幫助長者家順利入住。酒店的環境也非常不錯，衞生很乾凈，早餐也很豐富，整體非常值得推薦。

去年元旦去了，今年也去了，還是住的映月樓，一樓帶浴池的，很舒服水很乾凈，服務周到，早餐很豐盛

房間又臟又舊，馬桶是壞的，一晚上在漏水，空調破爛開一會咔咔的響，隔音效果巨差，早上6點多被走廊聲音吵醒，聲音大到我以為沒關門。床單被罩浴巾臟舊感覺幾年沒換。房間內的温泉池也是慘不忍睹，住過同星級和價格的酒店沒有比這更爛的了，一大早起來馬上就去退房，真的無語

房間設施老舊了。要組織定期維修，確保每樣正常使用才行，一是温泉邊的射燈壞了，二是茶桌離電源太遠，三是房間的插座（帶usb接口）的都壞了？
