基本上每個月都會過來玩一次，沙灘上很多寄居蟹，小朋友很喜歡，酒店服務非常好，特別前台陳曉霞，很貼心，有什麼需求都會馬上回復！

酒店環境非常好，很喜歡，晚上還有風情表演，傍晚還有趕海活動。房間衞生乾淨整潔。酒店服務非常貼心，前台小姐姐Anney還給小孩送了小禮物。

服务：当到达酒店时員工主动協助，到办理入住时前台客服钟清霞更主动地把我们客房升级，使我们能享受更佳的風景。
环境：清幽，舒適，風景優美
卫生：酒店，客房，走道，卫生还境很好
只是早歺那天到喜來登七樓的歺庁卫生意识不足（当天我到达时，我选坐的枱客人剛离开，但負責整理的員工沒有切底打扫及更換歺具，把前客人不知有否使用的歺具留下並讣回其他歺具给我们使用。另外，歺品方面整体保溫不足，都是涼涼的，粥也是很难接受这是星级酒店的水平）
设施：房內的电源插座老化，很难使用。
溫泉区的设备亦沒有做好管理，熱石床沒发熱，背部按摩池也只有一个位能正常使用，这些沒有做好基本维护。

設施：酒店雖小，設施齊全啊，温泉、健身房，活動表演應有盡有
環境：廣東三亞，椰林樹影，美輪美奐，地理位置也優越，距離珠三角都很近
服務：我特別表揚入住時候的接待，熱情洋溢，微信推送了景區所有活動給我，需要物品和諮詢秒回覆，貼身管家一樣👍
