Facilities: The whole is good, but the bathroom suddenly smelled a lot of second-hand smoke at 8 o'clock the next morning, which directly woke me up. The smell of smoke on the bath towel is full of people. Hygiene: Not bad. Service: The staff is very polite and praise! Self-service laundry room: a drum, a wave wheel and a clothes dryer. This year, the air in Xudong is particularly dry. The washed clothes are just hanging in the room to increase the indoor humidity, otherwise the air is too dry without a humidifier. Parking: There are many parking spaces in the underground parking lot. Breakfast: relatively good, the meal was supplemented in time. But the fried rice is a bit too wet. No coffee is more headache, but fortunately, there is Luckin Coffee very close to the right side of the hotel. The red heart dragon fruit seems to be a local specialty. When I drove from Gaozhou, I saw that the roadside was a dragon fruit plantation twice, but there was no sweetness in Hainan.

I lost a charger for my Huawei computer in the hotel. I was in a hurry to check out at around 8:20 am on the 19th because I had a class at 9 am. When I arrived at school, I found that I didn't bring my charger. I called the hotel front desk at 8:56 to confirm. The hotel front desk also told me that I should go to the hotel front desk to report my name and phone number to get my charger that day. However, when I went to the hotel front desk to look for my charger that night, the front desk clerk, the duty manager on duty in the morning, and the cleaning lady on duty all said that they didn't find my charger and shirked their responsibilities with various reasons. So far, there has been no reply. They could only tell me that they would give me a clear reply from their leader on the morning of the 20th, but I have not received any reply from the hotel. On the morning of the 20th, I called the front desk again to confirm. So far, I have not received any reply from the Dongcheng Hotel, which has seriously affected my work.

The parking lot of this hotel is free. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and gave us a deck of playing cards. There was a light fragrance in the room when we opened the door. It was clean and tidy. There is a breakfast room on the 12th floor of the hotel. The laundry room is also free. Snacks are available near the hotel. There are also many restaurants, and overall I am satisfied!
