主要是房間裝修較新，不好的地方很多，清潔不夠好，店家花了大量的錢裝修修繕，其實應該把服務最好，清潔搞好，不然一旦過幾年你們家會越來越陳舊，就沒有優勢了，比較那個地理位置也不是很好。我衹能給你提建議，希望你們出去住一下好的民宿多向好的民宿多學習一下，不是説這種家庭作坊就不把衞生、服務之類的做好

我住這間熱水非常小。不隔音，下水道有水過就響聲大，空調製熱效果怎麼樣。床還是舒服，服務態度還是可以。停車場、大廳需要經過330°大轉彎，下陡坡，需要有點技術才敢開。陽台風景還是漂亮。
