The room facilities are new, the windows are well soundproofed, and the noise from the road outside can't be heard at all; the smart devices in the room are easy to use. The front desk service is very good, and they actively help with luggage collection. If you have any needs, they will be handled immediately. In particular, the proactive service of the front desk manager is impressive! There are Mongolian costumes for free rental in the lobby, as well as coffee, drinks and snacks for use; welcome fruits are given when checking in, and small gifts are given when checking out. A suggestion is that more bath sets/towels and bath products should be provided in the family room to avoid guests having to ask for them from the front desk after checking in.

GGuest UserThe most satisfying hotel for the family trip, clean, tidy, business, convenient, the front desk proprietress is very beautiful, the main hotel location is really good, just at the intersection of Zhongsu Jin Street, this is the nightlife in Manzhouli at 11 pm, so hi, looking up is the blonde Russian, It is very convenient to buy things. There are several Sam, Dashan, Wan Russia preferred downstairs. The Russian things are really cheap. The hotel also sent us a gift before leaving. I like it very much and I am very satisfied!

It is difficult to find a bathroom with separate dry and wet rooms in Manzhouli. This hotel has separate dry and wet rooms, which is very good. Although the bathroom in the room I stayed in was a bit small, it was still very clean. There is enough light and the scenery is beautiful during the day and at night. Good location. It's right on Zhongsuhang Pedestrian Street, but it won't be noisy at night, and the soundproofing on the street is good. recommend

GGuest UserThe room was large, the bedding was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of space for hanging clothes and luggage. The washing machine was very useful and they provided us with laundry detergent. I washed clothes three times in three nights. The weather in Manzhouli was dry and the washed clothes dried overnight after being hung up. Their service attitude is very good and they are responsive to every request, which has won unanimous praise from us and our friends! 👍. Our room was also equipped with a long table and sofa that was large enough for two people to dine at, which made us very happy 🤗💖! The view outside the window is breathtaking. I will choose this restaurant again next time I come to Manzhouli.

GGuest UserIt is very close to the port and Matryoshka Square. The hotel is located in the logistics park. They are all big Russian trucks. The boss is very nice. He personally shows guests the room and actively introduces how to visit the surrounding area. It feels like home. The room can overlook Russia and Matryoshka. Plaza, the price is much cheaper than in the city

She saw that we came with 4 kids and weren't sure about ticket purchasing for Matryoshka Park, she kindly advised us and gave us one more spare ticket ”just in case”. The ticket prices from the hotel lady were cheaper than those offered to us by two other taxi drivers, so I felt that she was very genuine. I asked about the washing machine and she kindly let us wash our stuff since we were travelling with 4 kids. The floor tiles upon entering were very nice too. I'd definitely stay at the same place again the next time I come!

GGuest UserI stayed at the Matryoshka Hotel for one night on the night of the 22nd. I brought my six-year-old child to travel by myself. I tried the Matryoshka Hotel for the first time in Manzhouli.
I will never come again.
First, the hotel design is problematic. The whole lobby is dark and there is no sunlight. It is like a big black pot. The key is that if there is no lighting, you can turn on some lights. If you don’t turn on the lights, the lobby is dark and it is really creepy. The whole style is the nouveau riche style. It is indeed a bit like the Venetian Macao, full of the smell of money! Also, this whole design is really not afraid of someone jumping off the building. Standing on the 15th floor, it is a huge deep well! I was impressed by this Mr. Wang, it’s really awesome!
Second, the lighting in the room is very poor. It turns out that the Matryoshka Hotel is a circular hotel covered with a huge steel structure, but the dense steel mesh really makes people a little intensive phobia, as if they were imprisoned in a prison. Airtight. In addition to a little Matryoshka feature, there is no other experience. The local driver said that this hotel costs 3,000 to 4,000 yuan per night in the summer peak season. I can't understand it. People in China are really stupid and have a lot of money.
Third, the hotel has poor service awareness. The attitude of the front desk is so-so. They didn't explain clearly when they asked where the elevator was. The breakfast is even more so-so. It's not even up to the level of a four-star hotel. There is nothing to eat. There are only small oranges as fruits. There was cantaloupe, but it was gone when I arrived. I almost finished eating cantaloupe, but there was still no cantaloupe. I couldn't help asking the waiter, and the reply was that I could cut it for you now. Haha, it's really possible.
Fourth, the hotel said that it can provide free airport pick-up and drop-off, but I forgot when I left. When I checked out with a big suitcase, the front desk didn't remind me at all. Where is this service?
Fifth, there is nothing near the hotel, and it is difficult to eat. It's inconvenient

JJavedOne of the best hotels I have stayed in in China. Perfect location, a lot of restaurants , Marts , pharmacies , ATM, shopping malls and clubs are just a walking distance away. The rooms of the hotel are big and hot water with good pressure is available all the time. The famous Zhong'e Shangmao Pedestrian Street is just 5 to 7 minutes distance away. It is an ideal for foreigners as I saw a lot of tourist from various countries staying in this hotel. Above all , the host of the hotel is a kind, humble and helpful guy. I stayed my stay just because I was satisfied with my stay here. I will always remember the gentleman .Highly recommended.

1. Great location. Just 5 minutes from main pedestrian area
2. The hotel houses the Russian restaurant. It is really the best food ever eaten in this entire trip to Inner Mongolia for 14 days.
Even though we just had our meals on the plane about 1 hour ago, we still enjoyed the food here. You can see how good the food is.
3. Lift to our room on every floor. Vs Crown Hotel that we are staying the next day, this hotel to me is much better.
4. Lots of free tibits for us. Lovely

GGuest UserThe hotel offers excellent service and hygiene, and its facilities are comprehensive. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with prompt replenishment. A major convenience is the hotel's private parking lot. For guests staying in the wooden villas in Building 4, this is especially convenient as you can park right at your villa's doorstep. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Matryoshka Square, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's also very close to the National Gate and the Observation Tower. Hulun Lake is over 40 kilometers away; if you plan to drive there, be sure to take Tonghu Road, as the scenery along that route is absolutely beautiful. Overall, the double-story wooden villas in Building 4 of Matryoshka Castle Hotel offer excellent value for money.
