前台服務特別好、特別用心，今天滿洲里下大雪了，我們本來都沒考慮趕車的問題、是前台提前打電話通知我們要提早叫車，如果不好定他們幫着叫、要不是他們的提醒今天肯定趕不上火車了，房間也很乾凈，服務更是滿意

每次出差都來這家酒店，服務細心周到，前台每次都會提前打電話詢問大概幾點到店，詢問想要幾樓的房間，特別暖心，房間乾淨整潔、服務和衞生方面做的很到位，沒的挑！

房間非常乾淨，也很舒適，24 小時熱水，洗澡特別舒服，還有洗衣房，前台服務特別好，很細心，有問必答，前台還有美食推薦，都是本地人吃的，沒踩雷，供暖還沒停，外面冷，房間非常暖和，非常滿意，位置也很好，市中心，去哪都方便，還會繼續光顧！

房間很大很寬敞、非常乾淨、地理位置也特別好、還有洗衣房，出門五十米就是步行街、吃喝玩樂都在周圍、晚上夜景特別漂亮，前台客房服務都非常好，會推薦給身邊朋友、非常滿意
