The hotel has a very good location, the reception staff are very friendly and attentive. The lady who supported us in cleaning had an excellent attitude and service. Overall the hotel is very good in cost and location. Your restaurant's food has very good seasoning but the waiter service is super terrible, you order something at the same time (room temperature) and they give you the natural juice as if it were coffee, your waiters are so lazy that it seems like they are doing you the favor of serving you. It's low season but hey, the service rating is specific to the restaurant, go outside to the boulevard there are many more restaurants with better service and very good seasoning.

Everything flowed perfectly during our stay.
The Trip app helped us get a very good price and there were no problems. We received the notices and payment receipts in a timely manner. There were no surprise charges.
The reception staff were very attentive and friendly.
The hotel had good service in general, only the restaurant's schedule and menu for dinner I think could be better.
Likewise, the maintenance of the sink should be more efficient since it was easily saturated as there was some obstruction.
We will surely return soon.

Las habitaciones están viejas, las toallas ni se diga, la alberca muy pequeña y con mucha gente, no hay secadora ni plancha en las habitaciones, aun así el personal es muy atento, esta céntrico y opciones de comida más o menos buena, con atardeceres hermosos y gatitos desnutridos, deberían de alimentarlos NO exterminarlos, el planeta es de todos. Ah y algunas áreas no tienen elevador y no hay quien te ayude a subir el equipaje

Check in was not great. Not much English spoken here. There was no room with and ocean view but she was going to offer one for $100mxn extra per night but they didnt have our required 2 beds. The room we ended up with was old and tacky with mold in the bathroom but no other rooms were available. When I went to vheck in the next morning there were about 30 people checking in. No other room available. The AC worked well but no control. It was either on or off and it sounded like a jet airplane.
