Hotel is 3 stars and it was very good for a 3 star hotel. Nice, big, clean and comfortable rooms. All personnel was nice and helpful at all times. Restaurant is good, decent priced.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nuestra estadía en The Falls fue simplemente maravillosa. El hotel es un paraíso escondido en medio de la selva tropical, con jardines espectaculares, sonidos de la naturaleza y una atmósfera de paz total. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y muy cómodas, con todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno incluido fue delicioso, con frutas frescas y opciones locales. La ubicación también es excelente: muy cerca del Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio, restaurantes y playas. Sin duda, The Falls es el lugar ideal para descansar, conectar con la naturaleza y disfrutar de Costa Rica en su máxima expresión. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

I stayed at The Falls Hotel for 6 nights. It’s a lovely hotel. The hotel is located on the main road but the rooms are positioned off of the main road in the jungle. It’s a quick bus ride to the beach and other attractions. My room was sparkling clean every day. The bed and pillows and blankets were so comfy. The staff were all courteous and kind. Maria, Johansy , Daniela & Chico were especially helpful. The restaurant is nice, the breakfast choices were very good. I would recommend The Falls as a comfortable nice place to stay.

El hotel es de lo mejor! Un lujo en medio de la selva. Una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida! Las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas con todo lo necesario. El personal muy amable con una atencion excepcional desde que llegas hasta que te vas. La piscina espectacular y las instalaciones muy buenas. El desayuno buffet incluido delicioso , muy variado y gourmet! La comida y bebidas buenisimas en general! Una experiencia fantastica que hizo nuestro viaje maravilloso. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo lo que necesites! Muy recomendado! De los mejores hoteles donde me he quedado! Volveremos pronto!

Stay away from this place. There are much beter value for money options. Even with nice see views. The service of management is not as expected. And totaly not customer friendly and all about the money!

Very nice hotel and good location. The room was spacious - even had a walk in closet! The room was very clean and nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Tour to Manuel Antonio park picked us up and brought us back at the end of the day which was very helpful with heavy traffic and parking at the park. The restaurant accommodated our early tour time for breakfast which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Hôtel très bien placé, le service est professionnel, cuisine raffinée et les chambres sont bien agencées et équipées. Des jeux sont mis a disposition des clients en plus d’un billard et baby-foot. Un parking juste devant l’hôtel ce qui est bien pratique Nous recommandons
