Gay Hotel Villa Roca

My pal Tim and I just returned from the most wonderful visit to Villa Roca Boutique Resort in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. The place was thoroughly lovely. Just as delightful was their incredible staff which includes Johana, Xinia, Gerald and bartenders Roberto and Carlos. Everyone bent over backwards to make our visit as relaxed and comfortable as possible, and we truly appreciated their warm assistance. With a stunning view from our balcony, an infinity pool (and jacuzzi) that also looks out on the lush Costa Rican mountainside and two more discreetly-located jacuzzis hidden further down the hill in an alcove appropriately called "The Enchanted Forest," we can enthusiastically recommend Villa Roca Boutique.

We spent 5 nights at Villa Roca and really enjoyed our stay; the hotel gardens are basically an extension of Manuel Antonio National Park so you can spot animals at any time (monkeys, macaws, iguanas etc.), which was pretty amazing. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. We loved having cocktails by the pool, overlooking the jungle and the ocean. What made the experience so unique is how quiet and peaceful the property is, with great ocean views, and the fabulous service we received from Albert, the restaurant manager, who hosted us every morning for breakfast. Albert is such an asset to Villa Roca, he is so attentive and informative, always smiling and happy to have a chat. The hotel is also walking distance to the village centre where you can find lots of cafés and nice restaurants.

Beautiful view from the hotel! The staff was very friendly and assisted us with transportation and tours while we were there. The continental breakfast was fresh and the coffee was amazing!! The hotel room was nice and air conditioned with a mini fridge.
