LAZY DAYS - A PIRATES COVE GETAWAY

This newly updated 1 1/2 bedroom 1 bath condo is located in the renowned Pirates Cove community. Pirates Cove is a nationally known marina with many sport fishing charter boats leaving daily to fish the Gulf Stream in search of Marlin, Dolphin, Tuna and many more sportfish. The master bedroom has a top of the line king bed and there is an alcove with a set of custom built bunk beds. There is also a comfortable couch in the living room that pulls out into a queen bed, giving this condo the capability to sleep 6 people comfortably. The kitchen comes equipped to cook anything you desire or the Bluewater Grill and Raw Bar is just a short walk from the condo offering excellent local seafood and other gourmet food. Also just within walking distance of the condo is the pool, rec center, tennis court (right across from condo), playground and an outdoor covered picnic area with grills. There is a boat slip that comes with the reservation of the condo allowing you to dock your boat for the length of your stay giving you quick access to the Roanoke Sound for a day of fishing or relaxing. You can also take the kids fishing right behind the condo just off the docks. In the afternoon you can walk down to the dock and watch the charter boats come in and see their catch of the day! You can be at a public beach access within minutes for a day of relaxing by the ocean or even to Oregon Inlet Fishing Center or the 4WD beach in just 20 minutes or so. It is only 2 miles to Jeannette's Fishing Pier. Other info: TV in living room has Roku stick with streaming available. Smart Roku TV in master bedroom has streaming available. Sitting on the deck with your drinks after a long day of relaxing is nice, plug in the lights for extra ambiance. Please remember to unplug the lights when not in use. Please turn off deck lighting at a respectable time for the neighbors! Please do not move indoor furniture, this may cause scratching to the floors. For use of the pull out sofa bed, please move coffee table by lifting carefully. Accidents happen! Let us know if something goes wrong, we are happy to assist the best we can! If you have noisy neighbors after the 10PM noise ordinance, do not hesitate to call the Guard Gate. Your relaxation is key. The Guard Gate can be reached at 252-473-5553. Upon departure: •Remove sheets and place by washing machine. (Do not wash, we launder bedding at specific conditions for optimal cleanliness for guests.) •Leave towels on the bathroom floor. •Run dishwasher. There are dishwasher pods for your use under the kitchen sink. •Take out the trash. *If you have items you would like to donate to the local food pantry or Blessing Box, please leave them on the counter.
