Simplesmente fantástico. O sossego, a vista, o hotel e a piscina aquecida. Hotel sossegado, em zona rural com vista para um pequeno parque. Bem decorado com produtos de lã, teares, novelos e peças antigas. Bem quentinho para o frio que estava na rua e com uma piscina aquecida que fez as delícias. Da piscina vimos tambem as ovelinhas a pastar. O pequeno almoço é simples mas não faltou nada. Atendimento sempre disponível e colaboradoras muito queridas. A único senão, mas penso que já esteja a ser solucionado, é não ter restaurante no próprio hotel. Em dias de frio e chuva era uma mais valia e com produtos tão bons na região só tem que dar certo.

A fine place to stay, but it’s PR is not helped by the unattractive photo of the indoor pool which is prominent in its advertising. I would suggest a shot of the town of Manteigas from the hotel- a beautiful vista indeed.

A minha experiência no Hotel da Fábrica foi simplesmente excelente. Desde o momento em que entrei até o momento em que saí, fiquei impressionado com o serviço impecável e as instalações modernas que o hotel oferece. O hotel é moderno e muito confortável. Os quartos são elegantemente decorados e equipados com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia relaxante. A limpeza é absolutamente irrepreensível. O staff do hotel merece todos os elogios. São extremamente profissionais e atenciosos, sempre prontos para ajudar e tornar a estadia dos hóspedes o mais agradável possível. Destaco também a gerência do hotel, que se mostra sempre disponível para encontrar soluções para as necessidades dos hóspedes. Demonstrando um compromisso genuíno com a satisfação dos clientes! Outra grande vantagem deste hotel é a sua localização privilegiada para quem gosta de explorar a natureza. Fiquei muito satisfeito em saber que o hotel oferece um local adequado para guardar bicicletas. Recomendo sem hesitação o Hotel da Fábrica a todos que procuram por uma estadia de qualidade, com conforto, excelente serviço e uma ótima localização para explorar a região.

Hotel calmo e com uma vista fantástica para a serra. Funcionarias muito atenciosas e simpáticas. Quartos limpos e muito confortáveis. Pequeno almoço bom. O único senão que encontramos foi a água da piscina que poderia estar um pouco mais quente. Para regressar novamente

Trata-se de um hotel de elevada qualidade, cuja equipa procura constantemente proporcionar conforto aos seus hóspedes. As instalações são magníficas, incluindo uma piscina aquecida e sauna. Além disso, é possível visitar a fábrica ecolã, uma experiência bastante interessante que revela o processo de fabrico do burel. No que diz respeito ao pequeno-almoço, embora satisfatório, notei uma certa escassez de variedade. Os preços praticados são condizentes com a qualidade do espaço, que oferece vistas deslumbrantes para as montanhas.
