Nasty real beach full of rocks, muck, and a variety of man-made crud. Artificial beach simply less unappealing than real beach. Hotel room 3 floors below ground level of lobby had 1 window sealed permanently shut with polymer coating so you couldn’t see our, no sunlight in(I’m guessing room was next to hotel dumpsters or something else they didn’t want you to see or smell).

Horrible service
Horrible experience my flight was delayed, so they decided to cancel my reservation on not give me back my money. You can call their phone number and they will never pick up.

We stayed at the suite and we wanted to use the jacuzzi, and it wasn’t clean, on top of that the water was yellow, disgusting!! Other than that everything else was good!
