The stay was very pleasant because we chose a bungalow and it is like being in the middle of nature, the delicious food at the El Faro restaurant that is located on the Hotel premises, the excellent service, they have a staff that makes you feel at home ... ..the only recommendation is to maintain the bungalows, they looked a bit neglected but we could see that some were already undergoing maintenance.
The location of the hotel is excellent, there is a shopping center next door and the area is very quiet and safe.

Quede gratamente sorprendida por la atención que recibimos por parte de Ma. Jose. Digo sorprendida porque cada vez es mas difícil encontrar personas que se interesen GENUINAMENTE en cómo se encuentra el cliente. Felicito al Hotel y su administración por tener un perfil perfectamente ajustado a la función. la palabra excelencia dejo de ser un termino académico al encontrar ese nivel de atención.

Con fecha de hoy asistí al restaurante y se presenció el ingreso de moscas, y dentro del ambiente se encontraban arreglando la puerta que conecta a la piscina. Situación que deberían gestionarla cuando ningún cliente está. Si vas a un restaurante a celebrar un almuerzo, buscas un ambiente tranquilo y sanitario. No presenciar reparaciones cerca de tu mesa, o la algarabía de las personas que están en la piscina. Con ello, ingresaron infestación de moscas y falta de diligencia del administrador(a) a cargo del restaurante. Esto dentro de mi visita en la ciudad portuaria Manta.

Excelente atención, desayuno delicioso, piscina insuperable, el ambiente los jardines y demás instalaciones muy confortables, gym muy bueno amable instructor. Sra María Eugenia es un sol. Recomendadísimo!!! Las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas, tienen disponibilidad de artículos de aseo y toallas para piscina y playa no es necesario llevar demasiado equipaje . La comida deliciosa y variada excelente presentación de los platillos. Excelente ubicación cerca de la playa el mall y aeropuerto.

Me encanto el hotel, las habitaciones son muy bonitas, el aseo 10/10. La atención de todas las personas muy buena hay que resaltar la atención de Maria José excelente. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, piscina, restaurante, cerca de la playa. Excelente servicio. Recomendaríamo.
